Chapter 3

Lila Nixon

      I was in shock, My mother and father had a letter waiting all this time and all I had to do was going to a dress shop!? 'Let's go to the party Lila! I want to know who wants to meet us!' Ashka was whining so much at this point that I gave in. Putting the letter away in a safe place, 'Ashka?' I asked softly, 'Yes Lila?' her voice was full of concern, 'Should we wear the necklace?' I could feel her pacing in my mind, thinking to herself. 'Yeah it goes great with our dress!' She said it with excitement, letting out a sigh I put the necklace on. For a second I felt stronger, Stronger than any alpha. The necklace lays right over my chest nicely. I looked over at the clock on my wall and it read 9:47, the party started an hour and forty-seven minutes ago. I was late, 'Oh well I guess it took them an hour and forty-seven minutes to realize we weren't there!' Ashka laughed evilly to herself, 'Ashka are you alright?! You seem more evil than usual.' She just knotted her head 'yes' and told me to go down to the party. I had a bad feeling about it, but I went a head down.

       As usual it took me about five minutes to get there, but before I reached the stairs there was the sound of running up the stairs towards me stopping in my tracks I could smell my two best friends, Mia and Lacey. I could hear them talking as they were out of breath, "I can't believe Lila's missing the sexy parade down there." Mia told Lacey, "Well if we hurry we won't miss it either!" Lacey said laughing, once they made it to the top of the stair case they looked shocked to see me. Giving a smirk I said, "How do I look?" They both let out a small squeal to answer my question. " Come on, someone special want's to meet you!" she started down the stairs and so did Mia, after a deep breath and letting it out I began to walk slowly down the stairs. Suddenly I realized people from both packs were starring at me, Me being me I rolled my eyes and walked a little faster to catch up with the two. I finally reached them as we came to the bottom, something familiar hit my nose and I breathed it in. I was filled with happiness and began to follow the scent, I could hear Mia and Lacey calling my name behind me, but I didn't care. I came to a stop and the only word that I could say was, "Lane?" I was standing behind a familiar guy and once he heard the name I said he turned around to face me. Shock covered his face as he whispered my name to himself. I knotted 'yes' and he screamed, "LILA! Where the hell have you been?! The pack thinks you are dead! Keelin thinks your dead! I thought you were dead!" After his moment of craziness he lunged at me and soon I was in a spine crushing bear hug. "Not to be rude," I struggled to say, "But I have no clue who you are?!" I chocked out, soon after hearing me say that he seemed confused. "You don't know who I am?" I knotted 'yes'. "Then how do you know my name?" Before I could answer someone from behind me began to say something, "Lane, Me and Mike found our mates and we want to bring them with us." I turned around to see two men with Lacey and Mia. Both the girls were smiling like dorks, it took me a minute then I went at them with a hug. They both squealed as usual and I giggled at them, "So lane did you fined a girl?" I turned to him and he was smiling at the guy. "As a matter of fact I have, she deserves to go and see her mate. Also I believe my father would want to see her again." As he said that his eyes traveled to me and we made eye contact. "Good as long as it's not another Omega then this should be fun!" Andrew said and all three of us girls yelled. "HEY!" I finished off what I wanted to say, "What the hell is wrong with being an Omega, All three of us are!" I was gonna yell some more, but our song came on (Fireball). Both girls screamed and fear came over me, "LILA COME ON YOU HAVE TO DANCE THIS IS OUR SONG!" I let out a sigh as they said that and I agreed. Pulling me on the dance floor I began to sway my hips to the beat and so did Mia and Lacey. I sang along with the song, I could feel hands on my hips and I looked up to see Lane smiling. "Can I dance with you?!" he asked me and I knotted. looking over to Lacey and Mia they were dancing with their mates. After the song ended me and the girls decided to go get a drinks, leaving their mates behind they followed me to the table with drinks.

    Coming back we found all three guys with the slut squad around them. I heard both girls growling at the three sluts holding on to their mates, I raised my hand to tell them to shut up and they did. I began walking up to the table and I could hear the girls saying they are their mates and that they feel it. 'EW! Can we not hear that its getting disgusting' Ashka whined. "Sorry for taking so long I brought y'all two, two presents." I handed all three a drink and let their mates get to them. Turning over to Trina I said, "Beat it pup and go fuck someone else." She growled and smacked me across the face, I was facing lane now and he seemed like he was gonna rip this girls head off. Turning back to Trina she said, "This morning was a pass, but now your gonna get kicked out of the pack." She let out a growl as she said it and walked away. The music was turned off and someone was on the stage, it as Jace, 'Oh shit what is he going to do?!' Ash (Ashka) said annoyed. "If I may have your attention please!" he began and the room became silent. "Will Lila Nixtion please come up here!" he sounded happy and once everyone heard my name the gasped, what the hell! What time is it? As I walked up to the stage I looked at the clock and it read 11:45, 'SHIT WE HAVE 15 MINUTES!' Ash began freaking out for some reason, oh the switch. Once I was on the stage he motioned for me to come to him, I walked slowly towards him and once I came three feet away from him he had a smirk on his face. "Hi mate!" he shouted and whispers began, but this didn't faze me I knew what he was gonna do and he isn't my mate. "I, Jace Marcie, Soon to be Alpha of The Shining Star Pack, Reject you, Lila Nixtion, As the future Luna of this pack!" His voice boomed through out the room, His words didn't even hurt! HA! I brock out laughing, "I can do better!" I said humorously, his face became shocked making me laugh harder. "I, Lila Nixtion, Daughter of the Alpha and Luna of The Crystal Blood Moon Pack, Excepts your rejection, Jace Marcie!" Jace became furious, he took a step forward and I did the same. He wanted me to back down, But I wasn't going to. Suddenly someone shouted, "ALL HAIL, QUEEN LILA!" and I knew exactly who it was, 'Lane'. After that one Shout, Everyone from that pack began to shout it.

     After about five minutes of staring into this assholes eyes I smirked and walked away with him yelling behind me. 'Can we go hunting? Im starving!" I let out a sigh and agreed with her, it's been two months sense I've eaten. 'Well it's not that often that a vampire enters the territory, now do they?!' Ash said evilly with a hint of annoyinc, 'let me guess you have an idea?!' I said knowingly. Once I steeped out of the door, I ran behind a tree, took off my clothes, took the clothes in my mouth and ran to the border. I reached the border and shifted behind a tree, once back in to the dress I had on earlier, my body began to heat up and something pulling me back. 'Its happening Lila!' Ash shouted and howled in my head as she felt it as well. Suddenly every thing went black and the only thing  saw in front of me was a big screen. 'This is what you see 24/7 Ashka!?' I felt sorry for her because this is all she gets unless she thinks of an image. 'Yes, Lila.' That was all she said.
