In each of the super smash bros game Mew has a chance to appear in the game. (I don't know about the new SSB). In the first SSB it has a 1 out of 151. In SSB Melee it has a 1 out of 251. And finally in SSB Brawl it has a 1 out of 493. Which is a reference to the number of Pokémon there was when the games released.
