Emma looked down at her forearm and smiled, Happy did a fantastic job on her crow, it was a simple crow that sat upon a crown with Jax's name underneath it.
Natasha stood in the background clapping her hands because she was now considering the queen of Samcro, someone every woman looked up too.
Emma stood by the bar waiting for Jax to come out of church when the clubhouse doors busted open, everyone that was present flung themselves to the ground as the members of church exited the door and did the same Emma and Jax locked eyes instantly
A tall woman came waltzing in behind a few federal agents
"My name is agent Taylor I'm looking for a Emma Berry" She said pushing her sunglasses up
"What do you want her for?" Jax pipped up
"New evidence came through, finger prints on the gas can and the torch to light her house on fire" She said
"I didn't touch shit someone is setting me up" Emma said scrambling to her feet
"The lab doesn't lie honey, let's go" Agent Taylor said putting handcuffs on Emma
"Jax" Emma said
"I'm calling lowen, don't worry babe" Jax said trying to walk towards her but was pushed away
"Not so fast Prince" Agent Taylor said pushing Jax back
"She's my fiancee I'd like to say goodbye to her" Jax said
"Not gonna happen, she did the crime she's gotta do the time" Taylor laughed pulling Emma away
Jax turned around and punched the wall, frustrated because Lowen didn't call him and warn Emma that the feds were investigating her case
After Jax called lowen she said she needed to meet with the DA's office before she went to see Jax concerning Emma's now re opened case
Ally Lowen walked into the clubhouse, a place she always found to be intimidating
"Hey Ally" Jax said as she sat down on one of the couches
"Okay so, looks like Tucker's lawyer pulled a fast one and had some evidence re tested and it does have Emma's prints all over it" Ally said
"How though I thought it was cleared in court?" Jax asked
"I thought so too, but something new came up and the feds reopened the case, but there's one thing Emma didn't mention and i didn't know till today" Ally said
"Tucker works for the FBI, he's a ATF agent" Ally said
Jax leaned back on the sofa and closed his eyes
"So let me guess he's now trying to pin her?" Jax asked
"That's exactly what it's looking like but I've got a few things up my sleeve Jax I've just gotta talk to Emma about them" Ally said
"She's gonna get out of this right?" Jax asked concerned
"I'm gonna try like hell Jax. I promise" Ally said

Emma sat in her cell, she was pissed. She shouldn't of been there , she was supposed to be home with Jax cooking dinner just like they had planned, Christ he hadn't even seen her crow yet because she was whisked away by the FBI.
Waiting for her new cell mate to come back from a visit she hoped she would of had one like the last time, the last one was quiet and didnt say a word to anyone
Hearing a chuckle Emma looked down at her new cellmate
"You've got to be kidding me" Emma whispered
"Fancy seeing you back in here" she said
"Listen Tara I don't want any beef I just want to do my time and wait to get out" Emma said
"Love the new ink, too bad I still have mine. Two of Jaxs old ladies in the same cell how convenient" Tara said showing Emma her crow that sat on her lower back
"I'm not here for trouble Tara really" Emma said
"Your stealing my husband from me" Tara said
"Your divorced he's your ex husband" Emma corrected
"He's still mine" Tara said
"Not for much longer we're getting married" Emma said
"I'll fix that trust me" Tara said

Jax sat while Lowen went over the court documents about Emma
"Okay Jax so I spoke with Emma about this and she said she will do whatever you want her to do" Ally said
"Why me?" Jax asked
"You've got me Jax, she said that someone is bothering her and she needs to do whatever it is you want her to do to remain safe" Ally said
It had been six weeks since Emma was arrested, and the defense kept continuing the case.
"I'm so confused why she wants me to decide for her" Jax said
"Jax she's pregnant" Ally said
Jax's eyes grew wide, the words he had been waiting to hear, he wished they came from Emma but Ally was just as well
"So what do I need to decide?" Jax asked
"Okay so there's two different ways I can go about this, considering she is pregnant it's giving her an advantage here. She can either plead guilty to all the charges and the DA has agreed to drop the murder and arson charge. Or she can take it to trial" Ally said
"Ok so what happens in both cases?" Jax asked
"If she pleads guilty then she just gets charged with assualt which can be brought down to one year consecutive considering she's been in for a total of two months already she can probably get out in another eight on good behavior. If she takes it to trial, if she wins she walks but if they find her guilty she does the whole twenty four years" Ally said
"So she would be pregnant the whole time she's in there?" Jax asked
"Yes either road she takes" Ally said
"Well I can give you an answer but you need to make sure she stays in the medical ward. My ex wife is in there and she's been causing alot of issues for Emma" Jax said
"You got it Jax. So what is it?" Ally said pulling out a notepad

Emma sat in the medical ward, being confined there was boring and tedious, she wasn't allowed outside of the four walls she was placed in.
She met a few nice ladies that congratulated her on her growing stomach. Everything felt so different this pregnancy then it did when she was pregnant with Sarah, she chose not to find out what she was having because since her and Jax aren't married he wasn't allowed at any of the appointments.
Pushing nine months she felt excited, but nervous at the same time. Feeling her baby kick was the most exceptional feeling in the world, Jax was missing out on most of it. He came to visit atleast once a week if not twice. Her issues with Tara were squashed once she was brought into the medical ward. Tara would make her weekly appearance just to annoy Emma but she wasn't bothered by it anymore
"Hey miss Emma how are you feeling today?" A nurse asked smiling at Emma
"Ready for this little thing to be out so I can hold it" Emma smiled
"Soon only what two weeks left?" She asked
"Yes" Emma said
"Dad excited?" She asked again
"Of course, he's got the nursery all set up and he's more ready then I am" Emma said
"Emma will he be able to care for the baby so you can finish your time?" The nurse pressed
"Of course, I just wish I was going to be there to watch it grow I'm going to miss so much" Emma said looking down and holding her stomach
