Hinata couldn't sleep, ever since he saw the little giant all those years ago, he had his heart set on playing volleyball. And tomorrow, that dream would finally come true. It still wasn't a real team, but it was enough. Through relentless pestering, he had convinced a few of his friends to join him so that he could enter a tournament and finally get to play on a real court. His middle school did not have a boys volleyball club. He was so thankful for everyone that had helped him make tomorrow possible; he thought about his friends that agreed to join him, how they had thrown him thousands of tosses late into the afternoon after school, and the girls volleyball team who taught him how to receive. Then he looked down at his wrist where the plain black font of a clock was imprinted, counting down. All his friends clocked had reached 00:00:00, replaced by a blossoming two of kind flower matching with another person. They all had found their soulmates, but where was his? His wrist read, 15:32:53. Fifteen hours, thirty-two minutes, and fifty-three seconds till he'll meet his soulmate. Not only did he finally get to play in a volleyball tournament tomorrow, he was also going to meet his soulmate! He was beside himself with excitement. Eventually, he drifted off to sleep. When he woke up he leaped out of bed and sprinted downstairs. Today's that day! He thou to himself. He ate breakfast put on his jersey and went outside to practice. He spiked the ball into the wall, received it and spiked it again. He repeated this for about an hour, till his mom told him to relax and not ware himself out right before his much anticipated game.
