For this one, I basically gave you a detailed explanation of the first chapter or two of a story, then left you on your own
About a half vampire, that thinks he is human. Then he finds a document of sorts, that's in a language he doesn't recognize but has his name on it.
The document unlocks his powers as a vampire that he doesn't know how to use (Powers of huge destructive power), and shortly after he is "attacked" by other vampires when he has a fit of power that is going wild and is strong enough to destroy the town he lives in.
He finds out that the 2 that attacked him are his servants, and they have been alive thousands of years waiting for him to appear so that they can serve him, and when the detected his powers they came to find him immediately.
He is brought to the ruling place of the vampires (somewhere in Germany idk why) and finds out that the document states he is supposed to be the ruler of vampire-kind, which have become warlike and aggressive with the humans in the absence of a ruler
From there you have several options; pick one, combine multiple, or you can invent one of your own.
1. He has to prevent a war between vampires and humans
2. He leads his people against the humans
3. He falls in love with the princess (or prince) of the werewolves and gets booted by his people
4. Vampires presence are revealed to the humans, and the humans start hunting them down
5. The vampires move to mars and live hapily ever after (That one's mostly a joke.... but if you want to use it I'm not stopping you... It might be interesting XD)
