Tale As Old As Time: Delphine's Story

Prologue

                                After their wedding, Belle and her prince didn't have time to relax. 

         The castle was a mess, and the servants that remained had to be paid. But as the weeks passed by, the seed of hope planted in their hearts blossomed. And to add to the festivities, Belle soon became pregnant with a daughter. When she was born, they named her Delphine.  As the child grew older, her beauty grew as well. As a baby, she had rosy cheeks, beautiful turquoise eyes, a sweet smile, and wispy brown hair. As she aged, her hair became darker, thicker, and longer. Her eyes became twin pools that many boys could lose themselves in, and she was curvy for her age. Her rosy lips were thick. Her smile outshone the sun, and she was so sweet that sugar would seem bitter in comparison. But beauty was a curse as well as a blessing.
