Doctors ran in, pushing me out the door.

" No please!", I cried holding onto the door, using all of my energy to push through the nurses that stayed behind.

The doctors grabbed two metal plates and rubbed them together.

" Clear!", a doctor yelled and pressed them against Grayson's chest. Nothing happened to his heart rate and he laid still.

" Please Grayson!", I cried giving up with the nurses. They blinded the window with the curtains and I ran to the glass window.

" Gray-", I'm interrupted by sobs and the doctors were pressing the metal plates against his body.

Everything was going on too fast. I didn't believe it...

The nurses close the window shades and I lean against the wall. I let out sobs and tried to listen in for a heart beat.

" CLEAR!", a doctor yelled and I heard a shock. I stayed silent, trying to listen for a heart beat and was left with the constant beep.

Ethan...

I pulled out my phone as I sobbed.

" Ethan!-", he cut me off.

" Ella are you okay?!"

" It's Grayson- his heart- it stopped...", I sobbed as I fell onto the floor.

I look back at the phone to see that he had hung up.

" Lat one doctor...", I heard a nurse hesitantly say.

" Clear!"

I heard the shock sound... then the heart beat...

I let out a sigh as I continued crying.

Grayson's okay... I buried my head in my hands.

Ethan ran into the waiting room with me. He pulled me into a hug and I buried my face in his chest.

" How is he doing...?", Ethan asked me.

" The doctors think he may wake up...", I said as a smile swept onto my face.

We walked into his room and I saw Grayson still laying asleep.

Oh... I guess no-

Grayson popped his head up and smiled. My eyes went wide and my jaw dropped...

" GRAYSON?!?!", I screamed and ran towards him. He stood up and I ran into his arms.

" Gray...?", Ethan smiled and they hugged.

" I've missed you so much Gray...", I smiled.

" I'm so sorry Gray...", Ethan said.

" It was my fault, let's just not talk about it-"

" No it was mine and I'm really-"

" I said, let's not talk about this...", Grayson said sternly. I gave Ethan an uneasy look and then looked down.

" Well... I'm going to go call Cam and... everyone...", Ethan ran his hand through his hair and walked out the door.

Well this is going...-

" Ella...", Grayson picked up my hand.

" Yeah?", I said looking at our hands.

" Thank you... for talking to me while I was... asleep.", Grayson smiled.

" You- you could here me...?", I said, my head shooting up.

" Yeah..."

" Hey Gray...", I said sitting down.

I held his hand and sighed.

" So things are not going well, to be honest. I mean, I need-", I let out a sob.

" I need to hear your voice- I need you to wake up. Ethan needs you to wake up, so Grayson do whatever you can to do it... please?", I laid down beside him.

" And your going to be fine Gray... I know you will.", I wiped the tears that fell.

" But Gray- I... I don't want to have to live with you like this. I can't- and you might wonder why and I would tell you but I feel like it is the thing that started this.", I kissed his cheek.

" And I need to stay away from you. I don't want to, but if I want to be with Ethan- I'm going to have to...", I sniffled.

" But I can't! Because I have these stupid feelings for you! And I can't stop them... I can't stay away from you because... Gray- I love you...", I sobbed and covered my face with my hands.
