Background (don't put "findout.") - Hershel was born in Vault 69, where he had come across many obstacles of different types. Being in there he developed a strong fucked up past. The vault basically encouraged all sexual acts and was known for its pervertedness. Everyone who was raised there can come off with what they've been built into. He was sent out eventually when he was 17 and had come across a galactic moose with three heads that had tried to kill him. The moose charged at him and bit his arm off. Radiation had spread through his body from this and he had to remove his arm before it could get any worse. He then came across a medical station that was able to disinfect his body and give him a robotic arm.
Personality (at least two sentences) or include "media" instead - Being from Vault 69, he is very sexual in nature and from time to time he will fall in love with items that aren't real. He's addicted to being in the saloon and is always drinking up all the whiskey. You can usually find him drunk and helpless there. He'll do anything for money. He's gotten better ever since he got out of the vault and is less perverted.
Likes/dislikes* - He likes to drink, explore, and serve drinks. His dislikes are cleaning up after others and himself. As well as others learning about his past.
Genetic mutations/birth defects*(check gm page for more info.) - He is well.. there's nothing really.
Weapons * - He specializes in punching and fishing others with his robotic arm that has lots of strength.
Skills *- Serving others and being able to withstand anything with his right robotic arm.
