It's been a few days since I've seen Dipper around. Me and Wilson have been hanging with each other a lot lately, I've got to know him a little better. He's such a nice person and very outgoing. But sometimes he acts contained, as if something is forcing him to keep everything in. I don't question him, he does have a mysterious but sad past. I sometimes think about Dipper. My feelings for him. Right. My feelings. I sigh. It's done and over with, and I don't think he could ever like me back after I yelled at him and said I never want to see him again. After that day, I went home and cried my eyes out. I felt like an idiot falling for him, but I guess every girl does. Today, Wilson was going to take me to see the night sky. He seemed awfully nervous about it. I couldn't understand why, he looked as if he didn't want to take me. I get up from my bed and decide to get ready and see what he's up too. Maybe I'll finally be able to go into his house. I've been so curious, it's always so dark, but I want to know what life lives behind that front door. I put on a cute F/C long sleeve shirt with a pair of black skinny jeans and fixed my H/L hair into a loose ponytail. I put on my F/C combat boots on and walk down the stairs. Grandma calls for me from the kitchen.
"Coming!"
It smells like chocolate chip cookies. I take in the delightful smell. I walk towards the kitchen and see that my grandma is making dozens of cookies.
"Where's mom?"
She looks up from stirring the cookie dough.
"Oh dear, she had to work overtime again...she does have to help pay her rent with me..."
I sigh. Figures.
"Oh well... what did you need grandma?"
I looks up towards the high cupboard.
"Can you please get me the glass bowl from up there? I can't reach it..."
She smiles and I go to the talk cupboard. I reach and slowly grab it. Grandpa continues to stir the dough. She already made a few dozen cookies.
"Why are you making so many cookies Grandma?"
She slowly stirs.
"I lost at bingo last night and now I owe cookies to the old hags I lost to..."
I chuckle. As I take the bowl down, I hold it close to me.
"Y/N?"
I eye my grandma. She now scoops cookies and places them on the cookie sheet.
"Yes?"
She places the last cookie and picks up the tray.
"Whatever happened to you and that boy? The one who took you out?"
I drop the bowl, but catch it before it falls to the floor.
"Are you okay Y/N?"
I look up to my grandma, my ponytail in my face.
"Y-yup, totally..."
I pick up the bowl again and place it on the counter. I don't want to risk dropping it. I stay silent.
"Well?"
I look over.
"What?"
My grandma places the cookies in the oven and then looks at me as she closes the door.
"Are you and that young man not speaking?"
I sigh. I can't lie to her.
"I would say that... yes, mainly my fault..."
I look down. My grandma comes over to me and hugs me.
"Oh Y/N, it's not your fault... there must be a perfectly good reason... so you still have feelings for him?"
No. I want to say no.
"N-n..."
Why can't I say no?
"What's that dear?"
"Nothing... I better get going grandma, I have to go see Wilson..."
"Oh right... how about you take some of the cookies for you and him?"
I nod my head. My grandma walks over to a plate of warm cookies and hands it to me. I smile.
"Thanks Grandma..."
She smiles happily and goes back to make more cookie dough. I walk out of the kitchen. What came over me? I don't like Dipper, right? I thought I did, but it was all a lie. But why can't I say it in person? I sigh deeply and walk out the door. I go towards Wilson's house. Me and him have gotten closer after the few days we have been hanging out. He's so sweet...However, he always seems to be dodging the question about his family. I don't blame him, but still he couldn't spare a little information towards me? Also, I've never been in his house, which I find odd, he's been in mine countless times. But I never got the chance to view his. I walk up the steps and knock with the free hand that I have. Without me waiting long, Wilson opens the door. He looks exhausted and tired.
"Are you okay? You look like you ran a mile Wilson...
He puffs.
"O-oh... y-yeah... I just ran outside to chase... uhm... my dog"
I look at him surprised.
"A dog?! You have a dog? Since when?"
He looks around his house hesitantly. He snaps his fingers.
"Y-yeah... her name is... uhm... Blu"
A small husky with bright blue eyes come over to the door. I hand Wilson the tray of cookies and kneel down towards the dog.
"Oh my god Wilson. She's adorable... how come you never told me you had a dog, and why haven't I seen him before every time I come over?"
Wilson holds the tray and takes a cookie.
"O-oh... well, he's always sleeping when you visit, o-or he's in the backyard... and I thought I did... I'm sorry..."
I pet Blu. She's so soft, she starts to lick me face, I can't help but giggle.
"Well, how about we just stay home for today? I can get to know Blu better"
"N-no...we can't..."
Wilson looks away, still holding the cookie and the tray. I continue to pet Blu but look up at Wilson.
"What?"
Wilson looks back at me with sad eyes, I question him.
"I-I mean... I really wanna see the stars tonight Y/N... I heard it's suppose to be a wonderful night..."
I smile.
"Really? Then let's go then, how about we bring Blu then?"
Wilson looks down at the husky.
"That's f-fine..."
He goes back inside quickly and grabs his jacket, also placing the cookies on a small table next to his door. He grabs one more and then walks out. He whistles for Blu and she follows him. I stand up and follow Wilson. I look up to the sky. A wonderful night huh? The clouds cover the sun, and it starts to get colder, causing me to have goosebumps.
~
We finally reach the hill Wilson keep talking about, he didn't seem very excited about it. But I guess it's because he's nervous. I don't exactly know why he's nervous, but it doesn't bother me much. Wilson is usually like this, he's sometimes gets nervous over the littlest things. Before we went to the hill, we went to the little corner store that apparently, is 'haunted'. Personally, ghosts and monsters don't really scare me. Wilson was anxious the entire time we were in the little store. He said he saw an old man's spirt. I laughed. We grabbed some snacks and drinks and a large towel to sit on. I grabbed my F/V snack and drink. As I was getting my drink from the refrigerator, I got chills and swore I saw someone watching me from the cooler where they keep the ice. I shrug it off, we pay and then now we are back to he hill. I place the large towel on the floor and sit down, Blu comes over to me and happily lays on my lap. Wilson sits as well, he looks exhausted.
"Wilson? Are you okay? You look tired..."
Wilson looks at me from the corner of his eyes.
"Y-yes... I'm fine..."
I stare at him concerned, Blu whines.
"Wilson, no... your not okay..."
I place my hand over his head.
"To make it even worse, your burning up!"
Wilson looks at me and his eye twitches.
"•-• ••- -•" (A/N: Morse code, your welcome)
He makes weird sounds, then his eyes stop twitching.
"What? I'm sorry..."
I stare at him utterly confused.
"Wilson? Are you sure your okay?"
He nods his head.
"Y-yes I'm fine..."
He looks up at the night sky. What was that about? He spoke in nonsense, it was just sounds, I didn't understand anything he said. Did he not get much sleep last night? I'm so worried about him, and him acting even more odd today is giving me chills. Wilson is a nervous wreak, but he knows how to contain it most of the time. I just find it odd how he's so nervous today.
"The stars are beautiful...they remind me of..."
He stops.
"Hm? What is it Wilson?"
He looks down, deep in thought.
'"Of a girl I used to know... she was just like you... but I feel like you, but your more special..."
I smirk.
"Special? I'm not as special as you think Wilson"
He turns his head to me slightly but then looks away.
"I-it's like...How do I say this, it's like you have a certain magic... I know it sounds cheesy mate, but it makes me feel pleasant and strong..."
He catches me staring at his like he's insane. What the hell? Magic? Well I mean I've seen Dipper use magic, but with his amulet. There is no way I could posses magic.
"I-I'm sorry, I was blubbering..."
I chuckle at Wilson.
"Wilson, listen to me"
I make his look at me.
"Don't apologize for everything... you don't always have to be sorry for what you do, I like you just the way you are, I wouldn't judge you for any mistake you make"
Wilson's eyes brighten. I smile. Hopefully I fixed him, he looks a little better now. I can't help but ask,
"Wilson? What happened to that girl?"
Wilson tenses up, his eyes stare at the floor and as they grow darker. Crap, it's gone.
"S-she... d-died..."
I freeze. Blu licks my hand.
"H-how?"
"M-murder..."
I stop breathing, my heart is racing. Wilson stops staring at the ground and grabs my shoulders which causes me to jump.
"Y/N, miss, you have to run... now, as far away as you can. Please... yo-you..."
"W-what's going on?"
The cool breeze turns into a strong wind. I stare at Wilson and his hazel eyes turn blue, and his blonde hair stars to turn black and blue. A little hat appears over his head. I move away.
"W-Wilson..."
Blu starts to bark, but then fades away. I stand back. What the hell is happening? Wilson's clothes start to change. He now wears a vest over a blue dress shirt and black pants. He looks at me, as he does, an eyepatch over his right eye is covered.
"Y-your n-not Wilson...."
I stutter. Wilson looks at if he is going to cry. He doesn't move and his face looked tired. He stares to shift from little blue triangle to the human boy. The blue triangle I recognize, this can't be the same person? Is it?
"W-Will? Y-your W-will...."
Will stares at me, he try's to stand up but his knees give up and he falls to the ground.
"Y/N... run... he's coming..."
I stand shocked.
"Who's coming?! Will!"
He's gone, he passed on on the floor. I start to shuffle on my legs and run. Wilson was Will all this time. Honestly, it explains a lot, but why would he disguise himself? He warned me about Dipper in my dreams. but that was when he was in his demon form... I can't believe I left him behind. I feel like complete crap, but... he said to run. And I get the bad feeling that someone horrific is going to happen. I run through the woods, I get major dejavu. I run passed bushes and dodge trees. I hear someone. Someone is after me. I run faster, but it's faster than I am. I can't outrun it. This can't be happening, why does this always happen to me?! Someone help me. Please. I trip. This is it. This is where I end. The person is right behind me. Darkness surrounds me as I fall to the cold ground. It's cold, and the wind blows against my face causes me to be even more cold. Damn, I should have brought warmer clothes, I'm going to get sick again. Chills are send all over my body. My eyes are getting dizzy. I hit my head and I can't move. I hear a voice.
"Stupid"
I can only hear a few of the persons mutters.
"Will can't do anything right..."
It can't be. All I see if a pair of black shoes, they are in front of my vision as it gets more and more blurry.
"Let's have some fun, toots"
And I black out.
