Walking through the schools hallways was like re-living a bad nightmare over and over again. All i wanted to do was go home and sleep all day long without a care in the world. Except that i couldn't sleep, i always want to but my thoughts consume me and I'm always awake. I believe that the last time i had slept was approximately 72 hours ago, maybe even longer but i know i lost count then so if anyone asks, I'll just stick with that.
After thinking and walking at the same time, i didn't realise that i was now at my locker surrounded by my 'friends'. There was Elise, Sally, Katherine, Marty, Alex and me, Nicole. Our group was the 'couple group' although Alex and I weren't in a relationship however, Elise and Sally were dating, same with Katherine and Marty. Katherine was my best friend but she wasn't one of those best friends where you can tell them anything, she was one of those best friends where you had to do the complete opposite otherwise she'll tell everyone anything that you told her. Katherine is honestly such a stuck up sl*t and before her and Marty were dating, she slept around like there was no tomorrow but even now i wouldn't be too surprised if she still did. Like don't get me wrong, i love her to bits but she needs to learn to open her ears and close her mouth and legs otherwise she's gonna get hit by someone i swear.
After getting my books out for my first class, i leaned against my locker and observed the group i was surrounded by. All i saw was Elise and Sally eating each others faces off and Katherine and Marty fooling around in each others pockets. My eyes then landed on Alex. His eyes were now locked with mine and i could feel my cheeks start to burn up but i don't know why. The bell then rang, intoxicating my ears with a sound indicating that its time to go to class. I then walked miserably to class all by myself thinking about all the voices yelling in my head telling me to turn around, go home and have a 'soothing' bath.
It was now lunchtime and my first couple classes went all too slowly. We literally just learnt about the history of physics and safe sex and the teachers voice sounded so quiet compared to the other voices i was hearing although the other voices were saying things like "Do it" over and over again. Those two words were becoming very annoying and repetitive at this point. Walking out of class and into the cafeteria, i sat at an empty table and awaited for the others to come over and join me. After about 5 minutes, the whole group was here and once again, the lesbian couple of the group were oblivious to the fact that there were people in this room (not me) that were trying to eat. The two were literally eating each other. It was disturbing to watch. I was deep in conversation with Alex when the voices in my head became louder and louder. Eventually i couldn't take it anymore so i stood up and left school.
After realising what i had done, i stopped thought for a moment then found my car and sat in the drivers seat. I was about to turn the ignition on when the passengers seat door opened an in hopped Alex, his eyes as beautiful as ever.
"You aren't leaving and if you do then I'm coming whether you like it or not," Alex explained. I then stiffly nodded and got out of the car, him close behind me and with that, my vision became blurry and soon all i saw was complete darkness and i could feel my entire body fall to the ground. That was the last thing i remembered.
