Beautiful velvet rose petals placed into heart shapes were on the bedroom floor when you woke up. What was this all about?
You had woken up not too long ago, feeling the space next to your bed in hopes of finding the man you adored, only for your hand to fall upon a paper. Grabbing it, you notice there is a note written on it.
I loved you yesterday, I love you still, I always have, I always will~ -Dell❤️
With the widest grin on your face and tears brimming your eyes, you cautiously got up from the comfort of your bed, swiftly and carefully maneuvering your way over to your wardrobe to grab some clothes before heading to your bathroom to do your daily routine and change into something cute. Once you were finished, you once again carefully maneuvered to the door to see what else was in store for the day.
The second the door swung open, your eyes gazed into the dark corridor, illuminated only by a trail of candles, lined once again with beautiful rose petals. You gasped in delight while walking down the trail, which eventually lead to Spy's smoking room. Thats odd...
You grasped the door handle and opened the door, to find the trail ending at a heart shape made with the rose petals, and a certian blushing hard-hat wearing Engineer with a bouquet of [F/C] roses.
"Dell?" You gasped in awe. "What is all this?"
"Well, uh... darlin' I know it ain't much but," he put the flower bouquet on the desk behind him and inched closer to you before grabbing your soft hands into his larger calloused ones.
"I got some help from the guys to prepare this for ya... I hope ya like it." He gave a nervous laugh, his hold on your hands tightening sightly.
"Like it? Dell, I love it!" You pounced onto him and wrapped your arms around his neck, him, in turn, responding by wrapping his arms around your hips and spinning you around, his face buried into the crook of your neck as both of you burst into laughter. Chuckles were heard from around the room, which eventually lead to the rest of the mercenaries to appear in your field of vision. Dell set you down, both of your arms still wrapped around each other, with a light pink dusting both of your cheeks.
