Chapter 7- The Brother

Sorry, I'm a slow updater. I kinda forgot the plot but it's okay, I have my notebook!:)

It's been a month and Jisan is still helping her mother. She have been also friends with Jungkook and Namjoon. This day, her mother is going with her to Taehyung's House.

" So, you really know where he lives?", Mrs. Park asked. Jisan nodded. " Good, I don't want to get lost".

" Mom? It's like I'm forgetful on roads, trust me, I know his house", Jisan assured her mom. They went to their garage.

Time skip. They arrived at the residence. Mrs. Park knocked at the door. The door opened and a new face was infront of them. He is looking at them questionly. Jisan frowned.

" I'm Mrs. Park of the Henkins Asylum, doctor of your..", Mrs. Park stopped. " Who are you?".

" I'm Baekhyun, I'm his older brother", the guy said.

Older brother. Taehyung had a brother?

" Oh, pleasure, may I know where your mom is?", Mrs. Park said. Baekhyun opened the door and let Mrs. Park and Jisan in.

" Wait here", Baekhyun said.

Jisan was confused. Taehyung has a brother? She doesn't know about it at first. But, she knows that it will make it easy to help Taehyung back in the asylum.

Then, Mrs. Kim came into the view. Her face full of sadness and hope.

" Oh, how is my son?", she asked.

" He is fine", Mrs. Park replied.

" Well, please come in", Mrs. Kim said. They entered the house. " Wait here while I make some tea".

Jisan's POV

We sat there. The house is still the same. Then, I saw the room again. I stood up but my mother hold my hands. " Where are you going?".

" To V's room". She looked at me for a moment.

" Okay", she said. I started walking to the hallway and saw the door to his room. I opened it and yeah, it looks the same. I saw the pictures again. But then, someone tapped me on the shoulders. It's Baekhyun

" What are you doing here?", he asked, his arms crossed.

" Uhm, just looking at the pictures". He frowned a bit. 

" I know that you want to know about him". I looked at him then nodded. Is he going to tell me something about Taehyung? He motioned me to sit on the bed. He sat beside me. He sighed. " Taehyung was an orphan. Mother saw him at our doorstep last December 30,1995. When he was just a child, he's that happy one. He became friends with other neighbors. Mother loved him very much, but dad, he ignores Taehyung. Me? I love my brother even he can get naughty sometimes". Baekhyun smiled. I can see that he remembers that memory. " But he cries when he sees mom and dad fighting. He would go to the nearest park here.  Dad was a drunkard back then. When it was his 15th birthday, mom gave him a teddy bear and a family picture. He was so happy even if it is a simple gift. When he turned 17, he had a lots of friends. He even told me his codename. V.  Then, he is 20 years old. He is always outside with his friends then going back home bringing foods for us. But then, mom told me this horrifying thing that Taehyung did".

I think I know this part already. He killed his father.

" Taehyung stabbed father with a broken bottle of beer", he said. " I was not there that time. Then, some people heard about it, especially dad's closest friend. Taehyung used to have a girlfriend but she broke up with him. Then, I suddenly realized that he needs to be in an asylum".

I can't speak. The name Taehyung is really familiar to me. I think I heard it somewhere.

Third Person's POV

They sat there quietly. Mrs. Park entered the room then Baekhyun stood up and went outside. " So, what happened?", Mrs. Park asked.

" Baekhyun told me Taehyung's story", Jisan said. " Mom, I think heard his name before".

" You heard his name before?", Mrs. Park asked as she sat down beside Jisan. " When?".

" I don't know", she answered. Mrs. Park sighed.

" Let's go back to the dining room, Mrs. Kim prepared something", Mrs. Park said. They stood up and went outside to the kitchen. Jisan can smell some pasta. They sat down at the chairs.

" Mrs. Park I hope that you don't mind if it is hot here, the aircon is not open", Mrs. Kim said.

" It's okay", Mrs. Park said.

They all eat quietly. Jisan is still curious about V's name.

They went back home and Jisan prepared for bed. She got her diary and wrote.

9:31 p.m.

I've met his brother Baekhyun. He told me Taehyung's story. But how come I heard Taehyung's name before? It seems familiar. And what's the nearest park is he talking about?

Jisan closed her diary.
