If my life is a poem,
You would be the words in it.
We'd make perfect verses
In each stanza we create.
If I'm the poet,
You are the inspiration.
If I'm out of lines,
Your smile will bring me my respiration.
If you are the storyteller,
I want to be your protagonist.
I'll end up with the girl in the end,
While you try to shape our life as a perfectionist.
If you are mine,
Then I'll be yours.
Even though you are a broken mess,
You are who I will always adore.
