Chapter 4 A Chocolate Kiss

(Y/N)'s P.O.V

As Chara & I walk through the snowy forest, we come across different monsters. Chara seemed to get excited every time I practiced an attack, but disappointed that I spared all of them. "Why do you attack if you're not gonna kill?" Chara asks as I pull her closer to me, since I'm getting cold without her. "Practice, in case I do need to fight someone." I tell her. "I guess, but would you ever kill someone?" She asks. "Maybe. If they were threatening to hurt anyone I care about, they definitely would at least get a few broken bones." I tell her. I see her smirk as we continue a long.

Time skip to when you get to the bridge where Papyrus is waiting.

"Chara, I think this is our last puzzle." I tell her. "Why do you say that?" "Papyrus said it was the hardest one yet, & you always save the best for last right?" I tell her. "HUMANS ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO ME!?!" Papyrus yells at us for talking while he was. "Oh, yeah just go ahead & activate the trap." I tell him. A few seconds pass with nothing happening. "You going to turn it on, bro?" Sans asks. "JUST GIVE ME A SECOND!" He says patting himself down. "I'M NOT GOING TO ACTIVATE IT. I'VE DECIDED THAT THIS TRAP WOULD BE TO DIFFICULT FOR THE HUMAN!" Papyrus says posing. "I guess that means we can cross." I tell Chara & hand her another chocolate bar. She gladly accepts the chocolate, & just shrugs at me. "Chara are you uncomfortable?" I ask her, realizing I've barely let her have any space since I asked her to use her physical form. She shrugs. "Ok." I say walking across the bridge with Chara close to me.

I don't really pay attention to Sans' & Papyrus' conversation, I more wait for them to stop talking & then activate my plan. "Hey Chara, you want a kiss?" I ask nonchalantly. I notice her natural blush deepen. "W-what!? No, don't be stupid!" She says backing away from me. Im cold now, but it's for a good cost. "Sans, Papyrus, you two want a kiss?" I ask pulling out the Hershey kiss candy from my pocket. "Uh kid, what's that?" Sans ask. "Oh, it's a candy." I tell him both Sans & Papyrus take one. "Take off the wrapper first." I say taking off the wrapper on Papyrus'. "Then just eat it." I watch as both of them pop it in there mouths. "That was pretty good, thanks kid." "YES! IT WAS GOOD! WOULD YOU MIND IF I ADD THIS TO MY SPAGHETTI?" Papyrus asks. It doesn't sound to good, but I guess if he wants. "Go for it." I tell him, handing him three more. "WOWIE, THANK YOU HUMAN. I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS WILL MAKE YOU THE GREATEST SPAGHETTI YOU'VE EVER TASTED!" Papyrus yells leaving the area. "You made my brother happy, thanks kid." Sans says walking in the opposite direction.

I turn to look at Chara, she looks shocked. "What?" I ask acting dumbfounded. "I want one!" She screams at me. "What, a kiss?" I say still acting stupid. "Yes!" She yells. "Fine." I say. I lean in & kiss her on the cheek causing her to blush. "What the hell are you doing!?" Chara yells at me. I laugh before answering. "You said you wanted a kiss." I tell her. "You know what I meant!" She yells. "Actually, I didn't so, check your pocket." I watch as she reaches into her skirt pocket & pulls out the kiss candy I had put there. "I didn't know which one you wanted, so I gave you both." I tell her as she pops the candy in her mouth. "Let's go you idiot." Chara tells me as we continue forward.

"Chara, I'm cold." I complain pulling her close to me. "You're actually pretty warm." She says as I hug her. "Thanks, but I mean it, I'm actually cold." I say starting to shiver. "Fine, just loosen up your grip." She says pushing on my head so I do as told. After a little bit of walking we come across a sign saying "Welcome to Snowdin!" Ha, I get it. As we walk through the town I notice an inn. "Chara lets go in there." I tell her, dragging her in.

"Ah, it's so warm." I say as we enter the inn. "Good now let me go." Chara says pushing me away. "Aw, but you were nice & warm." I tell her. "Shut up." She says sitting on a couch. I walk over to the inn keeper & get a room, then leave with Chara. "So now what?" I ask. Chara shrugs. I notice a place called Grillby's. It looks nice enough. "Can we go in there?" I ask Chara while pointing at Grillby's. She shrugs & we walk in. I notice a familiar figure at the counter. "Sans!" I call out. He turns around & gives a lazy wave. "Sup, kids? What you doing here?" He ask. "It looked warmer then outside. Sans how did you get here? You went the opposite direction when you left." I ask him. "Shortcut." He tells me. "Take a seat." He says. I go to sit down & for some reason only just realize that I'm taller then both Chara & Sans. Chara might be just a little bit taller than Sans.
