A few (1 or 2) hours later, Chris had fallen asleep in his bed. It was typically him. He always fell asleep after he cried or got emotional.
Adiro was waiting outside Edwards room for his specialist doctor who is supposed to give him a succesful treatment.
It might not look like it, but Adiro was worried. Alot of unsual things happened in these few days. The meeting with the nation rulers, Scarlet and Cecylia, Edwards condition, Suzan faking her emotions and lied just to get what she wanted, Chris's breakdown, the future with the worst generation.
He was worried, but excited for what the future might hold.
The door opened, snapping Adiro out of his thoughts back to the reality. Edwards doctor came out of his room with a smile of relief on his face.
"I've succesfully erased 5 hours of his memory, he might get a severe head ache in the back of his head but that's normal to happen, later but he'll be fine. When he wakes up, he won't remember a thing of what has happened in the past hours. Now, if you'll excuse me" The doctor gave him the good news.
"Thank you" was everything Adiro said and walked him to the door. As he opened the door for the doctor to leave, his eyes hit the dark nightsky not realizing it has already gotten this late. Time sure does fly by fast.

It has gotten dark by now, which made things easier for A-con and Jessie. Now it was night shift time, less guards and most of them had gone to rest. Luck really is on their side, huh.
However, each 2 hours, another group of guard come and shift their jobs.
"Do you have a weapon?" A-con asked Jessie. He tilt his head before he looked at her while walking through those empty and cold corridors. "Eh.." She nervously looked at him and said "N-Not really.. But.. I'm good at dodging if it h-helps" She stuttered her words.
He let out a small sigh, thinking he should've expected it. No girl in this age would be able to fight, or at least be good in self defense.
"Then what do you do when you get into a fight?" He said in a irritated voice tone. Jessie knew he was mad, or more like disappointed. The look he gave her made her always feel an unease feeling. What was it? She just didn't feel.. safe.
Jessie stayed quiet and thought it'd be better if she didn't say anything.
But she shouldn't have.. A-con never took silence as an answer, he rubbed the side of his neck in annoyance before he said "You're a thief who got famous after stealing The lightning rulers lightning blade. If you can't fight, then how the heck did you steal it?"
Jessie simply chuckled with a bright smile on her face.
Ahhh, A-con hated these types of girls. Somehow, he always saw them as pathetic clowns.
"I'd like to keep that as a secret" Jessie said, turning her head towars him and looked into his eyes with full of confidence.
However, Jessie was suprised how he didn't get lost in these corridors. This level, Level 1 was a pain for her. It was an endless maze. Each corridor was the exact same. It confused her mind, even though she hated to admit that he's really quiet smart and interesting. However, she was still suspicious of this guy. He was so different in every way that it was creepy for her. She was so sure he's not human but is disguised in as one. But his eyes.. His shiny olive green, warm eyes.. She sensed danger whenever she looked into them.
"Jessie" He stopped her in the middle of the corridors. The moment she turned her head to look at him, she felt something warm touch her hand.
She looked down and saw him grabbing her hand tightly, but not too tight.
