'Time surely does change the world too.. I never thought it would become this cruel' The mysterious man thought to himself as he was gazing out of the window, inside of a huge office. He was still wearing the long cape with the hoodie on his head; still covering his face, keeping his true identity unknown.
If there is anything so far in this world that he truly understands, it is that of soul misery. The kind that leaves you feeling hollow or empty, an ache that is so subtle. You're not sure if there is a pain. The kind of misery that comes from the hearts of gold and a soul; that knows there's so much more than this. The pure innocents who love the world around them, and cry and break to watch it be as cruel as it is sometimes. If there's anything he has learned from stepping into adulthood, it would be that.
However, in the past few years nations have become one, forming empires.
All the fire nations have become one, and developed into a powerful empire called The Hell Empire. All of the Earth and Sky (wind) nations have formed a great alliance, becoming a living empire called The Light Empire.
The Water, Snow and Ice nations have formed a strong alliance, becoming one mighty empire where it's an endless winter called The Inferno Of Ice Empire.
And last but not the weakest; All the lightning nations have become one, and turned into a merciless empire where killing has become a living for them. The Death Empire.
Even so, outside of the empires there's a small amount of number of small villages and clans left that have existed throughout the history.

"Just come in" The mysterious man said feeling someones presence just outside of his own office. He heard the door handle moving, and the door opening up by someone.
A woman walked in with black hair in a high ponytail, grey-blue eyes and her outfit was similiar to his. Meaning, she was also wearing the same kind of black cape, but she unlike him did not hide her face.
She approached to his desk holding a bunch of files in her hands, she slowly dropped them saying "Sir, this is all the information we've gathered as you asked for, but.." in her soft, catlike voice.
"But?" The man said in a questionable way, but he did not bother to move and inch nor turn his back to face her.
"There's this request we've just recently received and.." she stopped, knowing he will not like hearing this at all.
"And?" he said.
"They want The Worst Gernerations help.." She finished the sentence and remained quiet.
Both of them remained silent, the only thing that broke that little silence was the clock ticking and his heavy breathing.
"Samuelis?" The woman said calling him by his name.
"I TOLD YOU NOT TO CALL ME BY THAT NAME EVER AGAIN!" He unexpectedly yelled, his voice was so powerful that the window before him shivered before it broke into tiny pieces.
"I-I'm sorry!" She nervously apologized as she bowed her head down for him.
The mysterious man named Samuelis let out a heavy sigh in frustration.
"Bring them here" He said in a dark voice tone with no emotions expressed.
"But.. Nobody in Jai Ho has ever been into your office nor talked to you directly, besides that-"
"I thought I told you to bring them here?" He cut her off with his dark voice as he stood up, halfly turning around and grabbed a mask that was on his desk.
