I was so sleepy at that time, I even bumped my head on the window (just hoped I didn't embarrass myself) then after that I couldn't sleep. In front of me was iggy villa he was like our musician in my class, I saw his reflection from the window and he would do funny faces at me and I'd laugh. He'd do it every once in a while, I couldn't stop wondering what Bataan would look like. Then I truck on the ground stopped me from imagining Bataan, the truck had boxes that just layed on the ground while the trucks door was open where the boxes came from.

Then iggy did another weird face at me, and when I laughed France looked at me in a weird smile, maybe wondering why I was laughing since she couldn't see iggy's reflection from the window. So I did my best to stop laughing so she wouldn't give me that smile again. And we were in subic, and we had a stop I wondered what what sound came from and I could hear from the inside of the bus. When bus a and bus b stopped and all students went out the weird screeching sound came louder. And I noticed there was about 3 trees covered with red-fox bats (they are fruit bats) and I couldn't believe it, they were just humongous. The school head science teacher gave us a little lecture about these bats, when he asked us a question from us he noticed everyone was so sleepy so he said "i see were all so sleepy, don't worry I'm sleepy too. So let's get in the bus and carry on" I was glad he was done with the lecture so I could have a good sleep.

Out we were from subic and finally in Bataan, we just had to reach our rented house which had a beach, small huts and toilets (of course there's bathrooms) I was so excited but once I went out of the bus I started to itch because of weeds beside me what a nice start of the day..

We had tent mates I was with my buddy France and my classmate Belen Escario, shes one of the shy ones in class. But I was happy for her to be my tent mate. So we set up our tent which I borrowed from a grade 10, this was my first time setting up a tent and it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. We placed our huge and heavy bags in our tent and a suddenly a meeting from our science teacher, he gave us the schedule for our 3 day trip, on the first day we would do beach Olympics, house chores, look out for pawikans (pawikans are turtles) which happens at 9:00pm to 11:00pm. On the second day, we would go to a bird festival and go to mt. Makiling and go to the big cross ( this cross has an elevator in the middle of it how cool is that?) on the third day we have a medical mission, this is for the people who can't afford medicines and go to the hospital, we are helping St. Luke to help the poor.
