The Academy

Sabaku POV

The old man looked at me, "Well Sabaku do you want to stay here?" I looked at him, "Why should I?" Humans are so irritable, they think that they can control us. "Well, we can give you food and a place to stay." "I can hunt and fend for myself, I'm not some human."

Hurizen POV

I sighed, she was quite strange. "Then what about becoming a ninja?" "Lord hokage! She cant be a ninja!" I looked at the girl, her tail swayed back and forth. It was tan and had strange scales on it, "Fine. Why not." She looked bored, "Alright, let's see what you can do."

I led her outside to training ground 3, as she walked her tail swayed back and forth. Her ears were pulled back. "Okay, what now?" she asked me in annoyance. "We test you. Kakashi are you ready?" He sighed, "Yes Hokage-sama."

Kakashi POV

I looked at Sabaku, she looked so annoyed. "This should be over quick human." Why she called me that I don't know, she had already heard my name by now. I was tired of her ignorance, I lunged toward her Kunai in hand. Her guard was down, bad choice, then as I was about to stab her I couldn't move. I looked down at my feet to see sand crawling up my legs, it curled around my waist tightly. I looked at Sabaku, she didn't move at all she was in the same position.

"W-what are you doing." I asked wearily, she smiled a devilish grin. "DIE......" The Hokage rushed in, "Stop! Okay, you passed. Let's take you to the academy, alright." The sand retreated, "Fine."

Sabaku POV

Dammit, I wanted to kill him. But this academy sounded interesting, we walked to a strange round building. I saw small human children outside, I growled. "Is something wrong?" The Hokage looked down at me, "Nothing, I'm just surprised that you humans actually have an education." I huffed, the masked man looked at me in disgust, I growled and bared my fangs at him. He flinched, "Your teeth, they're so, so-" "Sharp." I answered quickly, he nodded slowly and looked forward again.

I was brought into the building, I saw a bunch of human children, and a adult at the front, 'I guess they really do teach their children Father...' I said to myself. When we fully entered the room everyone was staring at us. "Iruka, I have a new student for you." The Hokage said to the man with the scar on his nose. "Oh, alright Hokage-sama." He cleared his throat, "Okay everyone!" He was loud, I pulled my ears back in disgust. "We have a new student!" Whispers erupted from the children, but I heard it all. "She looks weird." "Are those her ears?" "She's kinda cute!" "She is ugly, she won't be a threat to me and my Sasuke."

"Why don't you introduce yourself?" The man asked me, "Come on." the Hokage told me. glared at the crowd lf children. I groaned, "My name is Sabaku no Ichino." "Wanna tell us about yourself?" the man asked me. "No." Then I was littered with questions, "One at a time please!" He shouted. The crowd quieted down, until... "HEY DOESN'T YOUR NAME MEAN DESERT ONE TAIL!?" Everyone looked him then back to me. "WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!?" Then everyone started asking me why, "So! What does it mean!" Everyone waited for my response. I growled.

Sasuke POV

I watched the strange girl her ears were pulled back and she looked extremely annoyed. Then someone yelled out, "HEY DOESN'T YOUR NAME MEAN DESERT ONE TAIL!" I looked at the guy, I was intreged, "WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!?" She looked like she was about to snap, "So! what does it mean!"

She made a growl like noise, and her ears pulled back. She bared her fangs...? She had fangs, they looked as sharp as knives. The room got quiet, as everyone waited for her response. Her face darkened as she tilted her head down. "GO DIE....." I was dumbfounded did she just tell us to die...?"

Sabaku POV

That shut them up, I took a seat next to the emo kid. He stared at me, "What the hell are you looking at human?!" I growled at him.

Sasuke POV

"What the hell are looking at human?!" Did she just call md human? I felt something sharp brush up against my side, looked down to see a tail it was covered in scales like knives. "C-could you mover y-your...." I pointed to her tail. "Fine." Her tail moved to the side. "Hn..." This girl was strange, atleast she wasn't a fangirl.
