Sabaku POV

I woke up in a unfamiliar place, I got up and looked around. Then I walked to the area that seemed to be the kitchen only to see a familiar ravenette. I went back to the couch, and layed back down not wanting the Uchiha to notice me. I had nothing better to do so I made a scenario with my sand.

"Father! Look, look!" A large Tanuki walked over to the smaller one, "Hmm?" "Father I made a sand wolf!" The small Tanuki pointed to a tiny dog made of sand, the large Tanuki chuckled "Not quite, my little desert flower." The small Tanuki pouted, "Don't worry, you'll get it eventually." The small Tanuki lit up, "REALLY!?" The large Tanuki nodded, and-

I jumped as I saw the Uchiha watching me, "HOW MUCH DID YOU SEE!?" He sat down, "All of it. Who was that?" I sighed and looked away, "No one..."

Sasuke POV

She was hiding something, "Come on, what is it? Like I said, you can trust me." She sighed in response, "Come on." She turned to face me tears in her eyes, "If I told you you'd hate me."
I hugged her, "I could never hate you. Ever." She stood up, she was crying. "I can't." She then ran out of my house. I followed her, when I stepped out the door I couldn't see her. I looked and looked, "Naruto..." I saw the blonde baka, I rushed over to him. "Hey dobe, have you seen Sabaku?" He looked at me and shook his head.
I rolled my eyes, "Why, are you looking for her?" I nodded, "Yeah she ran off while I was trying to talk to her." He looked surprised, "I'll help!" "Fine." Me and Naruto ran around the village, when we ran into that brat Sakura. "Hey Sasuke, where are you going?" "We're gonna go look for Sabaku!" Naruto quickly answered, she backed away, "Don't go!" We looked at her, "That thing is a monster! She tried to kill me!" I pushed her, "She is NOT a monster! She's worth much more than you!" She looked like she was about to cry, "S-Sasuke..." "Let's go Naruto." He slowly nodded and followed me.

Sabaku POV

I ran into the woods, I sat on a rock in front of a small creek. "Father... Where are you...?" I didn't know what to do. I sighed and hummed a tune. Only to start singing.

Tears were streaming down my face, "Dammit." I rubbed my face, trying to get the tear stains off, then I remembered we had to meet Kakashi at training ground 3. I rushed toward the training ground to see Sasuke, Naruto, and Sakura. I then turned around, "Hey! Sabaku-chan!" I stopped in my tracks, "Shit...." Naruto waved at me, "Over here! Sensei isn't here yet, so you're not to late!" 'Just keep walking...' I told myself. Naruto ran over and touched my arm, I turned around, "Touch me, you die." He backed away, "S-sorry." My ear turned forward, "I told you... She's a monster..."

Sakura thought that she went unheard, "I can hear you," She turned to face me a distressed look on her face, as I walked closer to her. "And demon anatomically correct, I prefer you don't assume my species." She looked scared, "And monster is a relative term, to a cannery a cat is a monster. It's just you humans are used to being the cat." (If you get that reference You're amazing!) I then sat down on the ground, and I made a sand wolf. Sasuke nodded in approvel, Sakura looked scared, and Naruto looked upset. Sasuke walked over to me and also took a seat, "This one looks different then the last one." I nodded "They always look different in one way or another. Like real wolves." He nodded and petted the wolf, "Sasuke! Be careful!" He rolled his eyes. I saw Naruto walk over to us, "C-can I?" I rolled my eyes and nodded, "Ya!" He sat down and petted the wolf. "Woah...."

As me and the boys petted the sand wolf I saw Kakashi walk up to us, "Sorry I'm late a black cat crossed my path and-" He looked at the wolf and got into a fighting stance, "Back up!" Naruto stood up, "Kakashi sensei don't! It's friendly! See!" He patted his thighs calling the wolf over, it walked over to him and let him pet it. "Ummm?" Sasuke stood up, and the sand brushed off his pants, "Sabaku made it." Naruto nodded rapidly "Yeah, yeah! It's really cool! Come on sensei! Pet it!" He got out of his fighting stance and walked over to the wolf.

Kakashi POV

I slowly walked over to the creature, I kneeled down, reached my hand out. I began to pet the creature, I then stood up and took out two bells, "If you don't get these bells you don't get to eat." I watched Sakura and Naruto, and Sasuke anime fall, and Sabaku just shrugged. "You didn't eat did you?" She shook her head, "Nope." "Then why aren't you hungry?" She scoffed, "I can go weeks without food." I was shocked,she acted as if it were normal.

Time Skip

I had everyone defeated, "Sabaku! Where are you!?" I watched her jump down from a tree. "Okay let's get this over with." She then lifted Sasuke out of the ground with her sand, "T-thanks..." I saw a small red tint to Sasuke's face. Was he blushing?
Sabaku then raised her arm, sand creeping up my legs. "Not again..." Then when I couldn't move she walked over to me and took the bells. "Here." She threw them to the Uchiha, "Aren't you hungry?" She shook her head and released me from her sand. I heard her mumble something about us being stupid, then walked away.
