As the trio walked to the cafe in school, Lucy couldn't help with the feeling in her stomach. It was a sickening feeling, but not one of those bad ones, almost comforting to her.

She placed her hands in front of her and started to mess with her ring, one of her mothers she had kept to always have Layla with her.

"So, what do you like to do Lucy?" Erza asked as they walked into the cafeteria.

Lucy looked up at the slightly taller red head, "I like to read".

Both Gray and Erza looked at her weirdly. "What? But aren't you...? You know-"

"Dyslexic?" Gray nodded. "Yeah, but I like listening to people read to me, if that makes sense". Lucy looked down as if she had said something wrong.

Great, now they are going to think I'm weird because I can't read hug love listening to people read. Way to go Lucy!

Erza placed a hand on the females shoulders, "I get what you mean Lucy, don't worry" she gave her an encouraging smile and took her hand off.

Lucy smiled and raised her head a little, already feeling better. Wow, who knew staying with Erza for a while could give her such a confidence boost.

"Over here!" The three looked over at a table a few ahead of them.

There was Levy, who Lucy was soon to be tutored by, and dark haired male who was really tall even sat down, or maybe that was just cause he was near Levy?

"Come on Lucy, lets go before anyone else takes a seat" Gray spoke as he ran towards the table.

Following him, they all took a seat, well, besides Lucy. Levy looked up and gave the blond a huge smile. "Hi Lucy, I'm sure you remember me. We still on for tomorrow?"

Lucy nodded her head and took a seat where the bluenette was pointing - the opposite side to her.

Gray took a look around as he grabbed his pack up from his bag. "Where Pyro?"

"Has dinner time detention for being late. He wasn't that bothered, that bastard only cared about the free food that came with it" the dark haired male said.

The taller one looked over at Lucy and gave her a grin. "Gajeel Redfox, by the way. Since joke of these idiots decided to introduce me".

"Don't you think you can do that yourself?" Levy asked whilst staring up at the male.

Gajeel let out a puff of air and rolled his eyes, crossing his arms. "Be quite Shrimp".

"My name is not Shrimp!"

"Fine" Gajeel leaned down and pressed his forehead to Levy's. "Babe".

Gray choked in his food and gave the two a disgusted glare, "gee, and I thought I could have a flirty free meal".

Levy blushed and looked back down at her book, whilst her boyfriend rolled his eyes. "Oh sure, what about you and Juvia? Huh? She's been bothering me about you for days".

"Yeah, her about me. It's a one sided love interest".

Erza looked over at Lucy. "What lesson do you have next Lucy?" 

Lucy, inwardly cursing that she has to read her timetable, pulled it out and stared at it with concentration. "Er... I have... ma.. er".

"Let me have a look" Erza spoke kindly towards the female. Lucy handed over the paper, "mathematics. I'll walk you, I have Science across the hall".

"Thanks". I hate not being able to read! Lucy swore as she couldn't even read her time table.
