Chapter 8.

Millie's P.O.V

I woke up at about 9:30 and I forgot that I was still at Finn's house. I got up, put my shoes on and headed down stairs. I could smell something cooking.  I left to the kitchen seeing Finn brother, Nick, cooking some eggs. "Hey, I'm making some eggs if you want some", he said giving me a smile. Nick seems like a pretty chill guy. I gave him a small smile. "I'll pass I don't really like eggs", "Hey, do you know where's Finn?" I asked sitting down on the couch, opening up my phone. "He left to the store to get some juice, he cannot have breakfast without orange juice", Nick said giving a small chuckle. I guess I'm learning a little bit more about him.

Nick's P.O.V

I like this girl. Not like a crush or anything, I feel like she's the perfect fit for Finn. Finn's never been into girls a lot until Sadie came in his school in Canada. He really liked her, until he figured out we had to leave to The United States. He then got over it and never really like anyone else since then. But I am sure he's gonna end up with this girl. She's pretty chill, and her British accent is so cool. Good luck Finn.

Millie's P.O.V

It was silent after that question. I just sat there on the couch looking through Pinterest, my favorite app in the world. Then it hit me, I haven't talked to my parents since I was still in England, which is like in 3 days. I know they don't care, but I decided to text them and see what they are up to:

MillieBB private messaged Mom

MillieBB: hey mom😘

Mom: hello

MillieBB: what you guys up to?

Mom: I'm at work I can't talk...

MillieBB: okay....say hi to Ava for me

Mom left the Conversation

I knew it. She doesn't care, I bet she's not at work, it Sunday!! Whatever, at least I don't live with her anymore. My dad wasn't that bad. We would have nice conversations and we would laugh a lot together. But he doesn't want me to be an actor. He's always hated the idea of acting. I don't know why but hes always been like that. I will never forget the day I told him I wanted to start acting. His face just lit up(boy in a good way) then he slapped me. Really hard, I know that's child abuse but he's scared me ever since that happened. Are relationship has never been the same since that happened.
