Tears began to slide smoothly down my cheeks as I packed my essentials in a bag.
I got dressed in a long, warm black coat, and put my shoes on.
I carried my things out to the door. I got one last look at the door of my apartment, before dragging myself through he corridors.
I stared at the building, taking a deep breath in and forcing a smile.
FLASHBACK
We arrived at my house, I got out and so did he.
"Are you sure you'll be okay on your own?" He asked.
"Yeah. I'll be fine." I gave him a reassuring smile.
"Okay, but... Call me if you need anything." He held my hand and wrote his number on it.
I laughed a little looking at it. "Thank you."
He started walking back to his car, before turning back around, "It's Jungkook by the way." He smiled.
END
I walked through the streets, not going anywhere in particular, not giving a single care about the heavy rain that poured over me.
FLASHBACK
"I love you too." I hugged him tight. "You... Don't leave me like everyone else did."
"I won't. Eunhee... Don't ever promise me you won't leave."
"Why?" I furrowed my eyebrows.
"Because... I know you will leave, one day."
END
Tears ran faster to my chin. I kept walking, no matter how blurry my vision got, I didn't wipe a single tear.
FLASHBACK
I couldn't stop crying, constant tears fell to the ground.
"AND... TO THINK THAT I LOVED YOU?! DID YOU THINK I WOULD STILL LOVE YOU AFTER THIS?! HOW COULD IT BE SO EASY FOR YOU TO KILL AN INNOCENT MAN?! HOW ARE YOU EVEN ASKING FOR FORGIVENESS RIGHT NOW?"
"Eunhee..."
"You sick monster." I scoffed, "I don't ever want to see you again!"
"Please, Eunhee. I love you, stay with me, hide with me."
END
I fell to my knees, sobbing louder and louder.
"Excuse me, miss?"
I looked up from the ground to see a young boy.
"Are you okay?" He put out his hand.
I held it as I stood up, "Yes, thank you for asking... I am okay."
"My mother says that whenever I feel sad or cry, to think about the happy things. Think about the positive stuff." He told me.
"Does it work?" I asked.
He nodded.
"Where is that little boy?!" I heard a man's voice.
"Is that your dad?" I asked him.
"Noona, please. Please help me." He started to tear up.
"What? Why? What's happening?"
"Please!" He tugged on my coat. "He's looking for me! He's trying to hurt me please help!" He cried.
