Beach Fun

It's 11:05pm, I sit up in my bed.

Wasn't I in with Joey last night? How'd I get back here?

I look over to Sophie's bed, she's not there.

I guess I must of slept in :/

I jump out of bed and throw some grey sweatpants on with a plain white shirt.

I walk down the corridor and her voices.

I come into the kitchen to see Bella, Sophie and Joey. There all sitting down on there phones.

Joey hears me coming into the kitchen, he takes his eyes off his phone and looks at me.

"Good morning" he smiles.

"Morning" I softly reply.

"Y/n !!" Sophie yells as she runs and jumps on me.

"Good morning to you too" I giggle.

Bella stands up straight, "Hey Shayla" she lightly smiles.

"Hi" I softly reply.

I turn back to Joey who's still staring at me, I feel kind of uncomfortable so I start to walk to my room.

"Wait!" Sophie softly yells from behind me.

I turn around and raise one of my eyebrows.

"Can you come to the beach with us?"

A bright smile covers her face.

How could I say no?

"Sure, why not?" I shrug.

"We're leaving in 15 minutes" Bella sighs.

"Well I better go get changed" I say as I go down the hall to my room.

I shuffle through my draw, looking for a bikini.

Finally I found them. Bright pink flower patterned bikini, with frills on the top and bottom.

I get changed into them. They make my skin look really tan.

I throw one of those short beach dresses over the top of my bathers. I grab my phone and towel and rush down the hall.

When I get there I see Bella wearing a black bikini, Sophie wearing a full piece covered with pretty patterns and Joey wearing a shirt and boardshorts.

We walk out the door and head to the beach.

We arrive at the beach, the sun is beaming hot and there is the slightest breeze.

No ones down here. I wonder why?

I walk on the sand with my tan hanging off my shoulder and my phone in my hand.

Once we find a spot to sit, Bella and I lay our towels on the ground.

"Pass your phones, I'll put them in my bag so they don't get wet or sandy" Bells says reaching he hand out for our phones.
