Kurama // Hiei

That was clearly canon at some point of YYH story, it could have been before they meet Urameshi and Kuwabara, or after the anime ends, but I am a hundred per cent sure that at some point, those two dated or at least hooked up.
I can not even explain what happens between them, but I swear I see some chemistry there, it's not this crazy chemistry, unusual, from another world, as I see in Yusuke//Kuwabara, but it's a chemistry that crossed that point already.
Hiei and Kurama know each other for a long time, maybe there was a point where they had this crazy chemistry, but by now, they seem more of a regular couple. Maybe they are on break...? Who knows?
I think that they trust each other, and know that each other have potential to survive, that's why they never seem worried about the other when this other is fighting (as Hiei in Kurama's and Karazo's fight).
They know pretty well that the other have potential to survive and win, and they admire the other's capability and power.
Hiei clearly admires Rose Whip, and hate when people underestimate Kurama, because he wants everyone to see how powerful and amazing Kurama is, just the way he does.
Kurama doesn't care when people underestimate Hiei, because he know that they will regret it later, and there is no need to convince them the opposite.
Hiei already made clear he wouldn't like to be Kurama's opponent or enemy, actually, Hiei makes that clear to anyone that doesn't seem to notice Kurama's power.
Hiei is pretty much like that:

Kurama: * from across the room* WTF HIEI

Yeah, that happened at some point, and you know it.
I think that the hardest part still being the fact that Hiei always disappear and you can't find him, and then he appears back, stay for 3 months and then disappears again. I mean, Kurama probably doesn't like it, because that's what people usually don't like and they DO care that their boyfriends disappear out of nowhere and then come back 3 months later and you don't know where they were and they won't tell.
Like, is that a problem to people? I don't have any idea. I mean, I used to have this crush in a boy (oh, my best friend btw) and he used to do that kind of stuff, he used to keep one month without talking to me, and then got back to texting me, and I was pretty much fine with it. (Oh, maybe that's why nothing ever happened even tho it was clear that he liked me too... Oh, fuck it)
