I situated myself to the rightmost seat by the window like I always preferred. I was about to put on my earphones ready to ignore the world when I saw from the side my eyes that my seatmate for the flight has already arrived. I took a glance and then immediately took a look again. I was surprised. "I knew this guy." Not that I knew him personally though; He's from this band I used to worship when I was in secondary school. I have the biggest crush on him before all the bad things happened. I had a crush on him back when I still had feelings.

He must have noticed my shocked wide eyes staring intently at him and so he paused and gave me a sweet smile. I smiled back. I felt embarrassed but at the same time I felt excited knowing that for the full three hours he will be right there beside me; probably the first time after a long time that I felt excited or positive about something. Then from my head I heard my mom's voice saying "Make the most out of this trip." words that she uttered before kissing me goodbye. And so I spoke.

"Hi." The words came out shaky as if I haven't spoken in ages. "Hey!" he answered back with a smile that can surely melt every girl's hearts. "I don't mean to be a creep or anything but can I take a picture with you?" I said, now sounding more confident. "Sure!" He adjusted his head closer to mine as I propped my phone for a selfie.

"Thank you so much! Okay, I'll quit bugging you now before you ask an attendant to switch seats" I jokingly said. "You're welcome. It's no big deal and you don't look anything like a creep either." I love how his chinky eyes are looking at me. Then, extending his arms for a handshake he said: "By the way I'm Arthur" Then hesitantly while almost laughing he continued: "And you probably already know that"

I reached out for his hands then shook it lightly. "Yea, I figured that one out while I was staring at you earlier. By the way, I'm Ria"
