Chapter 20.5: Show And Tell

Normal POV

It was a normal day in Prof. Oobleck's class as he was talking about the blood crystal clan to the second years

Oobleck:"Any questions?"

One of students raise up her hand

Student:"Does Beacon have a weapon infused semblence?"

Oobleck:"We don't but a certain student has and knows how to use it. I'll call him here for him to explain about it*calls Kai on scroll*"

3 minutes later....

Kai:"I'm here, so what do you need me with my katanas, professor?"

Oobleck:"Mr.Kisaragi, would you like to explain to your fellow sophomores about weapon infused semblence"

Kai:"Oooookkk then.....*clears throat and face class* well, a weapon infused semblence is actually a normal weapon without a transformation, instead they are fused with aura which comes from the surrounding. The accumulated aura is then transformed into a semblance and what semblance they become is random"

A student raises his hand and Kai gesture him to talk

Student:"So what your katana's semblence?"

Kai:"*looks at Oobleck* Show or tell?"

Oobleck:"Both is ok"

Kai:"You said that, guess I'll give a demonstration*takes a sheathed Calamity* here goes nothing"

"I am the one who wields this blade, steel is my body, fire is my blood, I have whitstand a thousand deaths, upon this blade I shed my blood, fire of purgatory, shadows of despair, I call upon thee to answer my plea, give me the strength, to live through this moment, so I pray, to the flames of Calamity, Ignite!"

Kai drew out the katana, now a black flame covers the blade part. The students went awe with what they see

Kai:"The 'Flames Of Calamity' enables me to create black flames and control them at will*sheathes back* now for the second katana*puts Calamity aside, takes Extella*"

"O, Queen of the Ice Fanged Blade, with the drop of my blood, be thy blade to pierce through my opponent, let thy ice be turned to red, I call upon thee, to fight by my side, freeze the enemy, to end their despair, Now, abide by the ancient blood convenant, the blood ice of Extella, Come Forth!"

As he drew out Extella, the blade has red ice covering it

Kai:"The 'Blood Ice Of Extella', I can create ice that is extremely hard to be broken if I want to, it also makes the surrounding area cold to slow the opponents*looks at everyone shivering* I'm so sorry*sheaths back Extella*"

Another student ask

Student:"Is there any side effects?"

Kai:"Apparently yes, it takes alot of your aura and stamina to even activate it, let alone using it during combat, thats why theres not much weapons like this being made by the blood clan, they even have records and needs the permission from their elder before creating one"

Student:"How'd you get yours?"

Kai:"It belonged to my family*scroll beeps* crap I'm late for mrs. Goodwitch's class, I've got to go prof. Oobleck*runs*"

Oobleck:"So students, now you understand about the weapon?"

All of them nodded
