The Killing and The Beach

One unfaithful night, she was killed right in front of everyone. She was the center of attention. She had long, skinny, clumsy legs that had always kept moving and her short, coiffured, honey blonde hair that still always ended up in her way.

Her name was Kelly Marie Wilson and she was now dead. Nobody saw the killer because the snowstorm outside knocked out the power for an hour. Her mom, Pamela Wilson was on the floor next to her, crying for her to wake up and stop pretending. "Who did this?" She asked in a sobbing voice.

"Whoever did this has to still be in the house." Kelly Marie's dad and Pamela's husband Jasper Wilson pointed out, trying not to cry.

"And whoever did, is going to pay for it." Pamela warned everyone in the room. "I can't lose another daughter."

"We will get who did this Pam." Pamela's sister-in-law Katelyn Anderson said. Pam was still holding onto Kelly Marie's hand even through her scarlet dress was now covered in apple colored blood.

"I know Kaitie but she is my oldest. I can't lose her. I already lost Alexa Maria." Kaitie put a hand on Pam's shoulder then gave her a side hug.

"I keep forgetting that Alexa was killed in that car accident." Someone from the other side of the room said. Jasper glared at him then kneeled down to Kelly Marie's other side.

"Oh baby girl. I love you." He started to cry. "We will get who did this."

"Jasper, could Eliot sent someone to do this?" Pam looked up at her brown hair, blue eyed, wise cuban husband.

"I'm not sure, Darling. I really hope not." Jasper said.

"If he did do this, then he must have a hollow heart." Kaitie told them.

"Ben and I will take a group and go look."

"Thanks Ken but I want to go with you." Jasper said then got up. "I want to be there when we find Kelly's killer."

"Be careful Jas." One of Pam and Kaitie's girl friends, Alyson Brewer, said. "Pam doesn't need anyone else laying on the floor with no heart beat."

"I'll keep him safe, Aly." Kenneth said to his sister-in-law then him, Jasper, Benjamin, and the other guys walked away to search for the killer, but unknown to them, the killer was with them.

Pam stayed on the ground with her daughter. Kaitie sat on the floor next to Pam. "Hey do you remember the time we went to the beach and you just adopted Kelly?"

"Of course I do. Kelly Marie was so afraid to go because it was her first time going since moving here." Pam said told Kaitie. Kaitie is a lien gal that is short but does not take crap from anyone.

"Well remember how happy she was?"

"Yeah. Why?"

"Well when she pulled me to the side that one time, she told me that your family is the best things that happened to her since she was twelve."

"Really? Why didn't I know about this?"

"She told me not to tell you guys."

"Oh." Pam looked down at Kelly Marie's body and started to think back to the beach.

The hot sun shining on the white sand, the cool water, the summer blue sky, people either in the water or on the sand getting a tan. Hot men in swim short and not so-hot men in speedos. Beautiful babes in bikinis with surfboards or getting a tan. Kids running or in the water.

Kelly Marie and her new found family were at the beach. It was her first time since she left Hawaii. Kelly Marie's youngest sister Alexa Maria Wilson pulled at her arm and pointed to the water. Alexa was a six year old girl with long honey blonde hair that went to her waist and bright jade green eyes. "Water?"

"Go ask Pam." Kelly said. Alexa ran to Pam.

"Can Kelly and I go to the water?"

"Go on." Pam smiled. Alexa smiled back then ran back to Kelly and grabbed her hand. Alexa pulled Kelly Marie into the the water and splash her.

Kelly smiled then splashed back at her. Kelly saw Kaitie and her family walk up. "Hey, let's go go up for a minute. I have to talk to Kaitie about something." Alexa nodded then followed Kelly up the beach. "Kaitie, can I talk to you for a minute?"

"Sure?" Kaitie asked then her and Kelly walked off.

"Hey Alexa." A friend of Alexa said. "Can you come play?"

"Mom, can I go play with Melody?" Alexa asked Pam.

"Go have fun." Pam looked over to Kelly and Kaitie talking. It looks like a deep conversation. The two started walking back over.

"Thanks Kaitie." Kelly said. "I needed that."

"No problem." Kaitie said.

"Pam! Pam! Are you there?" Kaitie cut Pam from her flashback.

"Yeah, sorry." Pam said. "I was thinking."

"It's fine." Kaitie said then the group from upstairs rushed down the stairs.

"Ken is hurt." Ken's twin brother Ben said. Ken and Ben are both tall, muscular built guys. Ben has pure-diamond blonde and sky blue eyes while Ken has light golden brown hair and sea green eyes.

"The killer also got Terry upstairs." Jasper said. He is also a tall, muscular built guy.

"Where is he now?" A lady asked.

"Upstairs laying next to Terry on the floor." Ben said.

"What happened?" The same lady asked.

"We're not sure. Terry was walking behind us then was on the floor with Ken next to him holding his arm." Jasper explained.

"So is everyone else missing from the group?"

"No." A guy behind Jasper said. "Everyone except Ken and Terry are here."

"So what are we going to do? Ken is going to bleed out and the cops cannot get up here." Pam said.

"I'm not sure. We just had to have a party in middle of a snow storm." Jasper said.

"Oh sorry. I just wanted to have a party before Kelly went back to school." Pam said. "She does not came here a lot since she started at Northern."

"Lacey said that Kelly is always busy with her classes, cheerleading, and working." Kaitie said.

"Where is Lacey at anyways?" Jasper asked.

"She was invited to Tina's place for dinner to meet Tina's parents." Kaitie's husband Michael Anderson. Michael is a short, skinny, black man.

"That's cool." Pam said.

"Yeah." Kaitie said then she faded out.

"Kaitie?" Pan said then everyone else disappeared.
