Chapter 19- Battle?

Hey guys I'm sorry I haven't updated for about a week. I have great ewe, though, this Book has over 7,000 reads. I never thought that would happen after just about a month of it being up. Thanks, you guys are the absolute best.

So when I got back we started fighting on if I should fight or hide.

Flashback

"No you are not fighting! I don't care if we could use it to our advantage, you aren't fighting," Denver practically yelled. I thought we should use my heat cycle to our advantage, but Mr. No-No said we aren't doing it and I can do anything I want but he isn't going to change his mind.

"Yeah, and I don't care. We should use this to our advantage. This could be what makes us win and not a lot of our blood will be spilled if we do this," I fought back.

"No you aren't doing it!"

"Well to bad you can't stop me."

End of Flashback

So we have a plan and Denver knows he can't stop me, so he decided to go along with it.

Two Hours Later

So we have everything set up for the trap we have for them and Denver is making sure all undated males are staying as far away from me as possible.

"They're Coming!" We heard someone yell, through mind link, and that meant the rogues are coming and it's time to start the plan. I plan on catching their attention, then hopefully they will use their noses next, because like most know, when a female were is in heat, she let's off an irresistible sent to all unmated  males, and her own mate of course.

The rogues came running into the backyard of the pack house, I saw some sniff and look my way. I then came out and yelled, to get their attention and then they followed me. All the ones that didn't follow will soon be dead anyways.

I, being a werecat, was faster then all of them so they couldn't catch up to me. I jumped over the trap, which consisted of several parts. At beginning was a trip wire that activated the rest of the trap. There were six holes, all in order, if they didn't fall in the first hole they would in one of the others. At the bottom of the holes were Silver spikes and water with wolfsbane in it.If they made it past the holes there was still more traps to deal with. Again there was a trip wire that activated wolfsbane to be uncovered on the ground and some to fall from above along with silver weapons.

After about a half hour there were no rogues alive anymore and I didn't even have to shift, but I haven't ran in a while so I might as well shift and go for a run.
