I raised my chin to the moon and continued to howl, but I could not concentrate, so I stopped. Questions were wirling around my head: Why had that grey wolf from the western saw-whet pack been spying on me? I'm glad that Thorn got rid of him. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh....... Thorn, how I love him.

"Thalia, your higness" Thorn's voice pirced the silence, "is...is  everything ok?"

"Why wouldn't it be?" I asked, confused.

"Well you stopped" he answered.

"Oh, right, I was just wondering if you knew anything about that grey wolf?" I said.

"He was probably spying on you to find a way to kill you" Thorn suggested.

"No, I really don't think he had any bad intentions" I countered.

"But still I will have all of my troups on full alert" He declared.

"No no, it's ok I can manage myself, I can fight you know" I said, slightly annoyed.

"Well, fine, as long as your ok, nothing matters, you are ok right?" Thorn asked.

"Oh, right, yes I'm fine" I replied.

"Good" Thorn dipped his head, then disappered into the shadows of the night.

I continued to howl. But the thoughts still remained in my head.
