We had borderd onto a small sheild plane, thing. Lets say It dosent have some crazy name, unlike my parents who'd name something you could remember easily. I snapped out of thought, already halfway to our destination point. I decided to make small talk.
I looked over to Steve, the Captian America. Who looked like he was far away, you could see it in his eyes, they way his body showed his anxiety. He was living in his own nightmare.
I looked away, thinking of how hard it was for him, which got too depressing for me. "So were going to Germany?" I asked the captin.
"Yes, though I suppose last time I was here it was dealing with Nazis. Not, some Wackadoodle with prongs." Cap said, holding frimly onto his sheild. The aircraft felt turbulence. He frowned as the plane rocked like a cradle in the sky.
"Don't do flying?" I asked, causing him to grimace a bit. "Tough subject?" He shook his head looking at me with his blue eyes.
"No! Just, uh" he looked away, "Its not something I prefer to talk about, I've had enough with planes." He coughed.
I scratched my head "No thats fine, I kinda looked up to you when I went into the. Y'know... Hero business." I said. He looked up slightly suprized.
"Heh, thankyou kid. My question is why did you become a hero? I mean you're fifteen." He asked, causing me to think carefully about my awnser.
"Well... I made a mistake in life, a really big one. So In my afterlife I didn't want anyone else to pay for it." I answered.
"I'm still suprized, more so that people think I'm a great guy for what I did in the war. I'm just a man who's missed whats important." He said sounding a bit angry.
"Steve, you're not a great guy. You are a good man. Y'know there this saying that goes 'The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.' I hope you do what is right." He smiled and nodded
"I've always said, I can do this all day. Apparently for 70 years-so" Cap began to say before being interrupted.
"Alright boys, were almost there. Get ready to make a improvised landing" said the brunette sheild officer. We had quietly landed nearby. As if on cue, a stampede of people came rushing out of a large museum like building.
I floated myself down, watching as Cap silently made his way to where a crould of people were running to.
I looked over to see Loki, already cornering people into submission. "Already not liking this." I whispered over on the com.
"KNEEL" Was what snapped my head over to loki's direction.
"Kid, get over there. I'll meet you over there!" Captain America said on the coms. I saw the group of Loki's keeping everyone cornered, and the one Loki who was in the middle of the group.
"Is this not simpler? Is this not your natural state? It's the unspoken truth to humanity, that you crave subjugation." Loki strode further into the crowed group of kneeling Germans.
"The bright lure of freedom, diminishes your lifes joy for a-mad scramble for power. Our identity, you were made to be ruled, in the end you'll allways kneel." Loki had ended his long winded speech.
Then an old frail man stood up to loki, and his banter. Loki turned at this old man, with a cruel smile, he watched the old man as he spoke.
"Not to men like you" The German elder spoke.
"There are no men like me." Loki responded. Eyes, piercing through. His hand delicately traced for his staff.
"There are always men like you" Then loki, in a disgusted look turned toward the crowd.
"Im still waiting for the right moment cap, give me the sign an I'll blast the other loki's skyhigh."
"Look to your elder people," Loki started to charge his staff. "Let him be an example" Loki than blasted it before Captian America jumped in and shielded the man from the sorcerers blast.
Which redirected back to loki knocking him off his feet. "Y'know the last time I was in Germany, I saw a man standing above everybody else. We ended up disagreeing." Captian walking in.
"Ahh, the soldier. Hehehe the man out of time." Loki mocked, leaving Captin America angry.
"I'm not the one out of time. Now!" Captian shouted, as a sheild aircraft came into veiw.
I became visable, blasting all the loki's away. "Guess this was quite the loki situation." I joked.
"You! Nasty draugr amalgamation!" Loki hissed. He looked distressed, confused, and entirely seething.
"Sorry I don't do over five syllable words!" I stuck my tounge at him. Causing him to growl. The aircraft came to veiw behind me and prepped its weapons. Bringing out its missiles, minigun, and head light on loki.
"Loki drop the weapon and stand down." Loki then shot a a blue magic projectile at the aircraft which I shot, directing it off course.
"Hey, you're gonna shoot your eye out!" I shouted. "Jeez, nothing! Ugh It's a Christmas story people! Whatever!" I flew over and started to remove people up and out of the area.
Cap then flung his sheild into him, closing the space to get in and beat the daylights out of him.
Before Loki started to weeve and dodge, putting in his own hard punches. I flew in grabbing loki, try to give cap a breather before I felt him throw me off him, I quickly turned intangible.
"This is why I hate draugrs!" Loki hissed. Cap threw his sheild at the trickster god. "Look, its the man out of time." Causing Captian America to growl.
I popped into loki's face putting my hand on his chest. "You hear about the god that went to the moon?"
"What?" Loki asked. Completely confused, giving me the right amount of time to use my new skill.
"Neither did I, say hi to him for me" I said, as I blasted him with a charged ecto-explosion.
Suddenly 'shoot to thrill' plays, on the sheild aircraft. I had a feeling I knew who was the one who did that.
