Dark Love

I been so truthful to you,

but yet you lie to me.

I try to say the things you want me to say,

But its just never the right things.

I try to do everything for you,

But never try hard enough.

I've given you everything you could ever want,

But that's never enough.

I bent over backward breaking my spine,

And you hand over me a tissue to wipe the blood in my mouth.

I've scrubbed the floors till my knees bleed,

And you offer an "Are you okay".

I have burns from cooking you so many dinners,

But my plate lays lonesomely on the floor.

I give you a "I love You",

And you give me a "Love you".

And I not enough,

Or am I just an item.

You can't buy love,

So quit trying to buy mine.

I'm done with your pity love,

Lust and pitifulness.

You want someone to love you,

Then love someone like you want then to love you.

Don't take me for granite,

I'm hard but not that strong.

A wall is only so strong,

Before it is knocked down.

So back off you hideous disgusting beast,

Before you devour the only soul that's ever loved you truly.

I thought I saw something in you,

But maybe I was wrong.

You proved me wrong,

Because you filled me full of doubt and disrespect.

The only words I should be saying is,

"I HATE YOU"!

Why do you deserve a "I LOVE YOU" anymore,

You treat me like an item and not like your LOVE.

What was I supposed to be anyway,

A belonging you got stuck with in trade?

Like I said,

You deserve a "I HATE YOU"!

Do talk to me,

Or ever look at me.

I'm leaving tonight and never looking back,

Because my hearts been in your cage.

I'm freeing myself,

From your HATEFUL love.

You shouldn't love someone,

You only lust someone.

Have fun destroying your darkening kingdom,

Because I'm taking the light with me.

Sp you slowly die,

In anogy and pain.

You don't need any remorse,

You just need to lie deep in a hearse.

8 feet down,

In the cold hard ground.

Then maybe.......

Would you want the warmth back.

Just maybe,

Would you want too be living.
