Today as I stand here.

You listen to me and hear me.

I look into your eyes.

They just seem too wise.

Mystifying and brilliant as the sea.

They touch my soul and set me free.

Together gripping one another's hand.

As we walk across the sand.

The sand flows between out toes as we walk.

The wind brushes our face as we talk.

Embrace this time in which we hold.

Because nothing this pure can ever be sold.

This to you, my dear, is my speaking heart.

In the past its been ripped apart.

Maybe you could be the string to my sheet.

Cover our bodies from the sheer heat.

And enlaspe the bare of our skin from the cold.

My love, this gift is what I hold.

Embrace my heart and love me forever.

Then you can say this love can never sever.
