Seijoh watched Iwaizumi confusedly as the usually scary looking boy grinned widely and was energetic.
"Kenma-kun!" he exclaimed as he ran forward.
Iwaizumi was the one who usually kept the team under control but he was no playful and loud. The team had been happy Oikawa was gone because it was more quiet without him but now Iwaizumi was running around the place.
The team were having a practice match against Johzenji High.
"Isn't the ace usually quieter?" Terushima asked staring at the loud boy.
"Rolling thunder!" Nishinoya shouted as he received a spike from the other team.
Johzenji were surprised at the loudness of Seijoh. Even with Oikawa they were usually not this loud. Well, it was not the whole team but rather the ace and the libero.
Bokuto stared jealously at the large crowd standing on the bleachers cheering.
"Oikawa!" the fangirls exclaimed.
Oikawa smiled as he prepared to serve.
The ball was received and Oikawa set to Bokuto. Bokuto spiked it powerfully but it was blocked. The team watched as Bokuto raised an arm dramatically.
"Already?" Matsuwaka asked.
"Owl be right back!" Oikawa exclaimed as he ran off to grab a bottle of water. He knew that it would take some time for Bokuto to return to normal.
"I should have told you earlier," Konoha said putting a hand on Bokuto's shoulder.
Bokuto turned around.
"What's happened?" he asked worriedly.
"It's..." Konoha said uncertainly.
"It doesn't matter, you can tell me," Bokuto exclaimed.
"After this match, we're going to have a barbeque,"
Bokuto jumped.
"Toss to me once more, Oikgawaaaa!" Bokuto exclaimed.
Oikawa, surprised about how fast Bokuto recovered from his emo mode hurried over and the game continued. All that was on Bokuto's mind was meat.
"Meat is god," he whispered to himself as he prepared for a spike.
"Ushijima's sick," Tendou Satori said as the team warmed up.
"What?" Semi asked surprised. The ace came to practice even when he was sick.
"He had started walking here but I told him to go back and rest," Tendou Satori exclaimed.
Akaashi lightened up and suddenly felt extremely happy.
"Where's Shinji Watari?" Ohira asked.
"I'm sure he was meant to come a few days ago," Tendou Satori said.
Karasuno were going to have a practice match against Dateko. As the team walked, they bumped into Aone. Aone nodded at Hinata who looked in awe at his height.
"No eyebrows," Hinata said.
Aone raised a finger towards Asahi who remained calm.
"Wow! Look at the guts of that guy," somebody said.
"I heard he's meant to be in college but is still in high school," somebody else said.
"Isn't he in a mob?" somebody said.
Asahi smiled at the people who had talked.
"Oh, no! He's targeting us!" They said as they ran away from a confused Asahi.
"Why did they run away?" Asahi asked.
"Haha! I won!" Komi exclaimed as a defeated Lev looked determined.
"One more time please, Komi-senpai!" Lev exclaimed.
Komi – who enjoyed being called 'senpai' – beamed and got ready.
Kuro and Yamamato stared at the two as they played on the game console.
"Lev can't be the ace in volleyball or a game!" Yamamato laughed.
"I can hear you, Yamamto-san!" Lev exclaimed which made Yamamato laugh even more.
