Nishinoya eyed Oikawa's distraught fangirls.
"Why are they so sad?" he asked.
Hanamaki looked up.
"Oh," he said, "Those are Oikawa' fangirls, they're upset he's not here,"
Nishinoya stared as he felt jealousy fill up within him. He quickly picked up his phone and started texting.
Ryu, guess what?
Tanaka immediately replied.
What Yuu?
That Oikawa has so many fangirls!
What?
Yes! I feel so jealous!
I hate that guy so much!
Bye! Practice is going to begin!
Nishinoya put his phone down and prepared to receive Iwaizumi's serve. As he did so, he shouted 'Rolling thunder!' to attract Oikawa's fangirls. Oikawa's fangirls looked at him and as a few smiled at him, Nishinoya felt himself become faint and Hanamaki had to push him off the court.
Oikawa watched as Bokuto one again in his emo mode was totally ignored by Yamagata. Oikawa prepared for his serve. As he hit it, Yamagata who had been watching it for long was able to receive it and toss it. As Oikawa's receives were received repeatedly, Oikawa felt himself feel like he had to practice more. After practice, he tossed for Bokuto but Oikawa also used the spare time to practice his serve. He was exhausted but he had to become stronger. Iwaizumi was not here to tell him to stop anyway and it was probably the only time he got extra practice. The Fukoradani players watched Oikawa worriedly.
"He's kind of like Bokuto," Konaha commented. Everybody else nodded.
Akaashi was looking around desperately. Where was Shinji Watari? He could also set for Ushijima. Another day practicing with Ushijima all night was too much for him. He was even worse than Bokuto.
"Watari-san's train's being delayed and the next train is not in a few days," Goshiki said as he entered the gym.
"That means we have no libero at the moment," Reon Ohira said.
Akaashi wanted a sinkhole to appear underneath him. Anything which would take him away from Ushijima. Akaashi was usually very patient but who could be patient with somebody like Ushijima.
"Akaashi,"
Akaashi knew that voice too well. The voice which was calling to his death. He turned with a maniacal smile.
"Yes, Ushijima-san?" Akaashi asked.
"I'd just like to ask you whether we could practice some extra hours today?"
Akaashi was exhausted. Tendou Satori smirker. Akaashi felt pride overcome him.
"It doesn't matter, Ushijima-san," Akaashi said, "I can stay,"
Yaku and Sugawara were discussing volleyball cheerfully. Kenjiro Shirabu was still shy around Kiyoko Shimizu.
"Shirabu-san, let's practice once more!"
It was Hinata. Why could this guy not relax during break like normal people.
Kageyama was annoyed. He was never able to buy any milk cartons. They were all gone. No matter how fast he ran. There was none None. Kageyama felt like a part of him had disappeared. He had to leave.
