To help a friend in need
Even if they wouldn't
Do the same for me
I sometimes go against my own judgement

I risk my skin
To help a damsel in distress
And sometimes she still
Looks at me as nothing more than a pest
Why do I do this?
No one knows
But I shouldn't because in the end
People will still give me shoulders that are cold
