"Hey wait up" my best friend Nick said as he tried to catch up with me.
You see I don't think it's exactly right when your best friend ditches you for a girlfriend that isn't going to last longer than a week. I wanted to punch that bitch in the face.
Like don't get me wrong I don't like him, like that.
I waved to Mrs Grimbly and flashed her a smile as she watered her garden.
"Okay I'm sorry for ditching you for my...uhm... girlfriend," he apologized looking at me with guilt.
Gosh, he's so perfect.
How can I say no?
"Fine," I mumbled trying not to give him satisfaction.
Okay okay I admit, I have a tiny crush on him, but that's all I swear.
Suddenly I feel a tight squeeze and I'm flying, "Put me down you idiot" I exclaim, he chuckles.
It took me time to process the fact that I'm in front of my house and Nick is leaving me.
I don't want to go home because my home isn't a home at all.
