New Friends

*Sorry everyone! I'm not a good writer and english is not my first language so please forgive me for my mistakes and horrible grammar >~<*

{In the School}

=> Both Konoki and Neko are walking in silent towards the Principal's office. The atmosphere between the two isn't pleasant. Especially when the noisy and troublemaker Neko is being incredibly quiet right now.

Konoki : Neko-

Neko : We're here.

=> She cut him off, not even giving him a glance. She had her back against the wall and her eyes on the ground. The principal's office is just right beside her. Konoki give out a long sigh before he rub his temples.

Konoki : Alright. You stay here, I'll be right back.

=> After saying that, he turn the doorknob and slightly open the door but he stop mid-way to a few words to Neko.

Konoki : I'm sorry...

=> Right after he said that, Konoki enter the office and close the door behind him. Neko's heart shattered to a million pieces after hearing what he said. She slowly fall to the floor and bury her face in her knees, crying.

[NEKO] ;

It feels like I'm losing every bits of my heart. Why did he lie to me? Why did he do that? I trusted him.... I did...

{20 minutes later}

=> Konoki walk out from the office and see Neko back to the original position. Having her back against the wall and having her eyes fixed on the ground. But he wouldn't allow himself to get effected. Konoki hand over the uniform to her which she took without a word.

Konoki : Our classes starts tomorrow...

Neko : *Nod*

Konoki : ...............

=> After a moment of silence, he finally speak up.

Konoki : You know that's not true, right?

Neko : Huh?

Konoki : I didn't intentionally be-friended you because I knew you were the daughter of the Ayanashi's and that Javesh was out to get you...

Neko : T-then....

Konoki : I figured there was something special about you but I had no clue what it was. But it wasn't the Akuma being inside you was what made me want to become your friend, but it was you yourself that made me interested you.  To be honest, I didn't know you were the survivor of the Ayanashi family when Ruen first brought me in... I think it was when I turned 13 when they thought I was old enough to know that information.  It was a lot to take in and hard  to believe in the beginning, but as I grew closer to you, I realized that it might not be a lie after all.

=> Neko's eyes widen in surprise. It was not what she had expected to hear. Konoki move a bit more closer to her and lift up her chin with a smile on his face whereas Neko have a few tears in her eyes.

Konoki : But you know what? I don't care whether you have the Ayanashi family's name running in your blood or that you're the vessel of the Akuma. What I do know that the Neko then and now.... is brave and strong. And when she sets her mind to it, she can surpass anything. And that's what makes you special.
