I remember telling myself it would be perfection.

Tears poured out of my eyes as I revision that devastating night.

Two Years Ago

"Madeline, hurry up!" Jazlene shouted for the millionth time. We were currently on our way to a college party. I didn't want to go but when you have a best friend like mine, you have to.

"Okay sheesh Jazlene! Let me just finish putting my hoops!" I yelled.

"Well,can't you put it in faster!" Jazlene hurried.

"Thats what she said!" I laughed back at her. Jazlene looked at me with a straight face mentally telling me to shut up. I giggled before grabbing my clutch and looking in the mirror. I had on a dark red dress that reached an inch above my knee.

I was wearing black flats and I had a small black jacket. My dark curls were let free passing my shoulders. My makeup was an all natural look. I smiled at my extravagant appearance.

I took out a pen and pencil before scribbling down a note for my mother,"Off to the theatres with Jaz. After that I'm sleeping over! Kisses xoxo." I left a kiss at the bottom before grabbing a piece of tape from my desk and walking out of my room.

"Took you long enough Madz." Jazzy complained.

"Whatever." I quickly taped the note onto the refridgerator before running out the door.

Jaz led the way to her car and I got into the passenger side. "Are you ready for the biggest night of our lives?"

"Hell yeah!" I screamed before blasting up the radio.

"Red cups and sweaty bodies everywhere,

Hands in the air like we don't care.
