I leave the waiting room and go to search the room 930.
I ask to a doctor where was the room 930 and he told me "Look, go ahead through this hall and turn left, then you should be in a hall where there is a sign where there is written rooms 900 to 950 then you just have to search the room you're looking for."
"Thank you"
"You're welcome"

I go ahead and turn left, here it is the sign, I am in the right hall, I search the room "928, 929, 930...here it is!"
I am so nervous, I don't know if I will see her while sleeping or while having tubs in her arms. "C'mon Kylie, you can do it, it's your mother, just go in and let things happen" I am thinking.

So I am ready and I open the door.
I see her like I didn't want to see her, with some tubes in her arms and with a breathing mask.
It seems like she is sleeping but she isn't, she just has closed her eyes.

"Kylie?" She whispers because can't talk at high volume.
"Mom! Oh mom, I was so worried, is everything fine?"
"Yes Kylie, what happened?
"You got raped and if you won't feel well in a week they will operate you"
"Okay, so it's time to tell you a thing before I could die..."
"What are you talking about?"
"Kylie, where were you this morning?"
"At the library"
"And an old lady talked to you"
"How can you know this? I have never told you"
"I can't tell you, you have to discover it"

Ginevra told me the same thing, what a strange thing.

"Mom, tell me now!"
"Kylie, I don't feel well, I will die, the destiny is this, I can't change it, I know you are confused, but you will make it, now go, it's late night and you should go bed"
"Okay, mom, but first tell me, does Andrew know something that he doesn't want me to know?"
"The only thing I can tell you, is to stay strong, because in that world, you will often be alone, so be brave and be careful."
"No! Mom! Don't leave me!"

But it was too late, because at that moment she started to sleep, and I think it was forever.
I leave the room and I see the grandpa Terri and Andrew, I give them a look that means "Let's go away of here"

Andrew looks at me nervous and thoughtful.

We are in front of the car and Andrew whispers in the grandpa's ear "She is the one, she will know, what should we do?"
and I pretend that I haven't heard nothing, but I am pretty sure that he was talking about me. What will I know? Who am I?
While we are in the car Andrew keeps looking at me with the same look of the start. I keep searching in the book and suddenly I see a black spot appearing on a page, then another and another spot is coming.
I close the book when the grandpa is telling me that we arrived to my house.

We enter home and we sit on the couch.

"Kylie I have a bad new" my grandpa said
"What?"
"You have to stay in an orphanage"
"That's okay"
"Why that would be okay?" Andrew asks
"With all of my problems, going to an orphanage is the best thing that could happen to me" "Now I go to pack my things, so I can leave this place and you can take me to the orphanage"

I go upstairs and start picking my things, I take with me not dresses, but sweaters, hoodies, t-shirts, jeans and sneakers.
I put my clothes in my suitcase, then I put in my wallet, earphones, my phone and a photo of my family and I that my aunt took when we were eating a pizza: that was my favourite activity to do togheter.
In the other side of my suitcase I put my toothbrush with my toothpaste, a shampoo and just a few things for my makeup, even if I think I won't put nothing on my face.

I close my suitcase and I pick a daypack and I put in it the book.

I go upstairs.
"I am ready to go" I say.
I say at high volume "Goodbye dear house, I will miss you"

I go to the car and I think "Let's go"
