Your POV

I got out of bed got dressed.

I ran towards the gates hoping to see Laurence. I didn't see him there so I ran to the stables where I saw the man that took our horses when we first arrived. "Um excuse me but have you seen Laurence anywhere?"
"Oh I think that he is in the guards tower."
"How do I get there?"
"Just head that way." He said while pointing towards a tower. I walked that way and saw Zane he gave me a look of curiosity, I just smiled and walked away. Once I got there I climb up the ladder and see Laurence looked out the window. He walked over to me and looked into my e/c eyes. "Hey-" before I could say another word he kissed me. I was in shock but kissed back.

Laurence POV

I kissed her It took her a few seconds but she kissed back. "Laurence what are you-"
"Listen I know your engaged but I could get you out of that. Well if you don't want to marry him."
"Laurence even if you can help me. You will have to talk to-" I cut her off by running to go find Zane. I found him in the stables taking care of his horse. "Zane. I have a question to ask you."
"What is it hurry up I need to make wedding plans back at Okasis."
"Why are you forcing y/n to marry you?" He froze when I asked that. Y/n walks up and I see a ring on her finger. I looks at me and then at Zane.

"Come on y/n we need to get back to Okasis." Zane says as he grabs y/n's and took her to her horse. I walk away and think to myself. How can I get her away from Zane? I need to help her. Wait she said friend. How can anyone be a friend to Zane.

Your POV

When Zane takes me to my horse I look at my hand it hand a diamond ring on it. When did I get this? Where did I get it? Is this an engagement ring? "Zane? Where did I get this ring?" I asked
"The first day you were here. When you were unconscious I put the ring on" He said not making eye contact with me. I tried to take it off but it would not. It was like glued to my hand. No matter how hard I tried I could not take it off. "Zane why can't I take it off?"
"I put a spell on it so you can't take it off. And no I will not allow you to take it off." He said. "Now you have to go say good bye. Laurence might be the last man besides me you will ever see." I walk off and then end up running. I see Laurence sitting by the state of Lady Irene (Is that how you spell Irene?) "Hey Laurence." He turns around and looks at me. I sit down next to him. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah I'm fine but I'm really going to miss you."
"Laurence. I just met you 2 days ago. You can't fall in love with me after only 2 days." (Frozen reference)
"Yes I can and I have."
"But Laur-" he cut me off by kissing me again. I kiss back when Zane comes out of the bushes and pulls me off him and throws me on the ground away from both of them. Zane then punches Laurence in the face. "Why are you kissing my y/n!?" He yells after punching Laurence again. Laurence kicks Zane in the stomach and he falls backwards right in front of me. I try to make them stop but they kept fighting and beating each other up. "STOP BOTH OF YOU!" They both stop and look at me "Zane if you love me then stop hurting him. Laurence I don't want to see you get hurt so I have to go with Zane."
"Then come my darling. We will go to Okasis and live a happy life." Zane tries to Zane but gets cut off. "But you have to let Laurence come and visit any time I want." I say trying to get him to say yes. "Fine but he better not flirt or kiss you at all." Zane says walking away. "Laurence." I said looking at him.
"How could you go with him? I though that you loved me."
"I do like but as a friend. Don't get me wrong I thought those kisses were amazing but I think that you should just be friends." I said he gives me a sad look.
"I still don't understand."
"Laurence I don't want to hurt your feelings but I'm not looking for a relationship right now. With b/f/n dead and everything."
He walks away with a sad look. I think I saw tears in his eyes I just stood there.

Laurence POV

"Laurence I don't want to hurt your feelings but I'm not looking for a relationship right now. With b/f/n dead and everything." After she said that I stood up and walked away with tears in my eyes. "Goodbye y/n" I said while walking to the gates. I thought she liked me. I loved her and now she wants to go with Zane. I thought that I found love but I guess not. I guess I will have to keep looking.

But anyways guys sorry this might have been a sucky chapter but I was sitting at my dance studio waiting for my friends to come back in and got board.
