So I explained things about fonts about two chapters ago... but, I decided to make this whole chapter about, FONTS.

So let's get into it!

Like I said before, only use 1-2 fancy fonts and one basic font, so it doesn't look messy. I used to put A LOT Fonts, and when I say A LOT, I mean A LOT! And I saw something didn't look right, and then once I read some books on editing and cover Tips, I was like: OMGOODNESS DUHHHH

So anyways, two chapters ago I showed you:

It has four fancy fonts and one basic font. So let's change things up a bit.

Fonts go a lot with theming so, if your story is more romantic, then put some nice cursive maybe, fonts. If your story is about the zombie apocalypse, then put a font that maybe looks like blood splatter! If your story is more simple, put a nice simple font, and a fancy font for author name. I've done this a lot, when I put a font that was really pretty on a cover that had NOTHING to do with it! And it looked off. So I'm going to change the image above ^, so it'll look better! So for the image above, let's say it's romance.

I only used two fancy fonts and a basic one. If your writing longer quotes like: She's with him, and he's with her
Try using a basic font and putting it into two lines. And also the colors of the fonts, if it's romance red, pink, or purple-ly, colors work best, I think. And of course black and white, since they're simple colors. And you don't really want the title to be covering up the the picture, but if you have to, ya have to! And also try not to use flashy reds and yellows, I suggest staying away from yellows, and use more subtle colors.

Sometimes it might help if you're running out of room, but you don't have the author name or book number, tilt it to the side! Here's how:
Tap on the word or sentence you want to tilt and tap tilt.

Exactly straight but sideways is -90 degrees to the left, and to the right is 90 degrees.
