I just learned how to do this... not the gradient but the shadowed letters.
Go on Phonto like your just doing the basics for your text and tap Style at the top.

And WA BAM! You can choose and save! And also adding images.

For that new image and symbol do this:

Tap the three lines and then tap add image

And choose your image and shape for it and tap done and you can move just like text!

And the Themes are on the three lines, some of it cost money and some of it is free, I like the filters tbh.
