Sergeant Andrew Carter was always sweet, having the best intentions in mind, but his intelligence was left to be desired. Colonel Robert Hogan holds back when Carter messes up, but his frustration with the boy is obvious, but not as obvious as the other Heroes, who openly express their disappointment.

He tries, he really does, but his friends don't understand that he does have some form of intelligence. He can make explosives, and has excessive knowledge over chemicals that no person in Stalag Thirteen has.

This is why I decided to write a WP story on our favorite Hero, Sergeant Andrew J. Carter.

MY SISTER JENNY WROTE THIS STORY. I MAY CONTINUE IT FOR HER AFTER CHAPTER THREE.
