SIN 8: Change

Elizabeth's POV

The guts of that guy! ME? NOT  THE TYPE? 

Come on! Who does he think he is? He can't even talk while we were having fun. Gosh, I have never been this angry in my life not until that guy came! Next time, I really need to knock that sense of that guy. I fisted the sheets on the bed ready to throw it out if he comes back again. I really want to punch his face right now and throw him on the bed. Let's see who's even good at it!

Right on time the door opened and I immediately took the pillow case ready to throw it at him. But it was Merlin who came out of nowhere.

She looked shock at my state. Heck who doesn't get stunned. My hair was messy even the pillow was shaking while I'm holding it. My uniform is crumpled and the heat of my face never left.

I feel like a gorilla throwing tantrum! Damn, this is so embarassing.

It took a couple of seconds before I slowly put the pillow down. Biting my lip, I suppress the anger I feel. 

"Seems like you're upset princess. Let me guess, it's about the Captain isn't it?" she chuckled while walking to my direction. I only gave her a glare and ignored the bottle of wine she offered.

"What do you want?" I asked, not looking at her. The pillow is now on my lap slowly hugging it. Captain my ass. That guy isn't even capable of being the boss! He's a liar and an arrogant bastard. Why can't he just accept how inferior I am at bed! I wanna strangle him. 

Merlin sits infront of me, now holding a glass of wine. Her playful smirk was plastered on her face, looking amused at my reaction. I scoff and just looks away.

"How was your second meeting with the sins?" She asked then took a sip of her wine.

"Bad" I muttered under my breath. I felt dissapointed after meeting them and I thought they were all a goody-two shoes just like what Zel had told me. "The sins always insults Zeldris calling him names that'll dirty his reputation, even your Captain is arrogant and a liar! I don't like them at all!" I whined to her like a baby who doesn't like his presents. Merlin just sighed and places her palm on her cheek.

"They're just being protective of you princess. The fact that you only met Zeldris a couple of days ago and now you're engaged? I don't think so. Also about the Captain... he isn't like what you seemed to be. He cares for you your highness. Among all of us, he has a deep connection towards you" she said then smiled. My brows furrowed and massaged my temples, closing my eyes. Goodness me. What a nice...

Bluff.

It doesn't make any sense. All of them doesn't make any sense! Only an idiot who's dumb enough to believe them are just plain stupid. Seeing Merlin across the room makes me want to trust her but I had these doubts.

Smirking at her she looked baffled at my reaction. I don't believe any of what she said. From start to the end of her sentences it just seemed so unrealistic. Maybe this is why Zeldris hates me going here. A bunch of manipulative psychos trying to get away with what they want just like what happened to the Demon Clan.

I only looked at Merlin in disbelief. Laughing a little to myself made her smile fade but when she puts down the glass the atmosphere of the room became serious. That made me frown a little and gulped regretting my response to her. I don't like this.
