I hang up the phone and slowly get up and walk to open the door. I wonder how the hell dad just forgets to get his keys. Knowing he works late.
As I walk downstairs I open the door and move over for him to walk past me. Opening his arms he caresses me in a hug, me returning the favor. The hug last longer than expected but I could care less.

I quickly apply little bit of last minute makeup when all of a sudden my phone rings. I pick it up and look at the screen seeing some left me a message. "Eva? U still comin? This is Andrew BTW" I quickly unlock my phone and respond. "Yea I'm comin just putting on my shoes. Should I go to your house first or circle k?" "Nah. Just come to my house.
