Ji-Ahn's POV
It took roughly 30 mins to walk to Hwarang House. I was really embarrased about what happened earlier. I can't even look at Tae-suk straight in the eyes.
"Just calm down, Lady Ji Ahn. You'll just going to sign some papers. You'll need it later on. This will serve as your proof that you're part of the volunteer team." Tae-suk assured me, which I just nodded.
When we finally arrived, we were greeted by the headmaster.
"Annyeonghashimnika. I am Lady Ji-Ahn." I bowed almost 90 degrees. I didn't say I was the daughter of the minister of war. It would look if I was bragging.
"Ah. You're the daughter of the minister of war, yes?" The headmaster replied. Well, I guess he already knew.
"Yes, that is right."
"Then, follow me. We'll go and prepare the papers." He said and walked.
"He's not that nice to us, though. What has he eaten?" Jin-suk suddenly mumbled out of the blue. They all chuckled.
While walking, I saw other Hwarangs just sitting and relaxing. Eh? Shouldn't they be training by now?
When we got to the headmaster's office, he gave me a document to sign. Tae-suk and his friends were left outside, because they weren't allowed to go in unless they have a real reason.
"Here, Lady Ji-ahn. Sign this and take it home. Bring it on the medical check-ups to prove that you're a volunteer."
I signed it with pleasure. I bowed down once I got the document. "Kansahmnida, headmaster." Then I got out of the office of his.
"You're going back home? I'll escort you." Tae-suk whispered to my ear, as I closed the door of the office. I didn't even know he was there.
"I-i-..d-" I was stuttering. My cheeks were becoming red again.
"I'd take that as a yes."

While walking to my house, he asked
"So, when is that event?" He asked. I gave him a confused look, since he should know that.
"Shouldn't you know that? You're a hwarang. You're going to be there."
"I didn't listen to the headmaster. So, when is it?" He smirked.
"Tomorrow."
"What? Really?" His face suddenly turned from a smiling one to a surprised one.
"Yeah, you should go back now." I looked around and realized I'm already in front of our house. I stopped and he stopped, too.
"Why did you stop?" He asked me. Ugh. This guy asks questions everytime. Annoying.
"This is our house, silly."
"Oh..Shoudn't you invite me inside? You know, for a cup of tea." He suddenly said, while I was entering the gate. He was going to enter to, but..
"We're not that close though." I said while closing the gate.
He stopped the gate from closing.
"But you wrote a book about me." Which made me run out of words. I have no idea what to even say.
"Whatever!" I slammed the gate shut.I heard a bit of him screaming in pain, but I didn't really mind. Might be his acts.
I went inside, but abbeoji wasnt there. Only my annoying brother. Hyung-sik.
Luckily, he was also asleep so I went to my bedroom immediately after entering and lied down in my bed.
~
I woke up. The sun was just about to rise. Well, the event would start by lunch so I have a ton of time to prepare. But since I'm a volunteer I need to go early as possible to ready stuff.
I made breakfast. It was nothing special. Just some eggs. I left some for my brother to eat. Of course, I grabbed some and put an extra bit for the hwarangs. Who knows, they might have not eaten.
As I was going out, I heard someone scream
"JI AHN!"
