We arrived at class and that's when both our jaws dropped. I saw Troy standing at the door right next to Jessie who I think was TJ ex.
I quickly look over to TJ but he's still distracted. I give his hand a squeeze to remind him I'm still here. He turns his head with a frown on his face. It looked like he was gonna scream. So I gave him a soft smile and whispered
"It's alright we'll both get though this together".
He smiles and we both walk right past them into class.
I sit next to Nat while TJ sat next to Jack. We both kept looking at each other until I feel a tap on my shoulder.
"Troy" I say startled.
Nat quickly looks up and suddenly puts her arms around my neck.
Troy caresses his neck and tries to put his hand on top of mine. But I quickly pull away.
"CJ can't we talk like civilised people". He asks.
I turn my head away from him hoping that he would leave me the hell alone, but he didn't go anywhere.
"CJ please listen to me".
I didn't say anything.
"Get the hell away from her" screams Nat. But Troy didn't move. I roll my eyes and look back at him with an evil glare.
"Get lost" I shout.
I suddenly hear a voice coming from behind me. "You heard her get lost".
It was TJ.
Troy glared at TJ the said
"Get lost shorty this isn't any of your business".
"Hell yes it is, no LEAVE HER ALONE".
The whole class goes silent until Troy spoke.
"Fine but you can't protect her forever little man" and Troy walks away without once looking away.
I get up and give TJ a hug. "Thank you" I whisper.
"Don't mention it CJ" he whispers back.
The whole class is still dead quiet until someone shouts..
