The kobras main camp is in quarantine zone 10, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They have another 2 camps situated in Detroit, Michigan {quarantine zone 12} Rockford, Illinois {quarantine zone 14} where they will occasionally migrate to.

Underdogs.
The Underdogs main camp is in quarantine zone 2, Portland, Oregon. They have a number of hideouts in several states as a backup to ensure safety. Some of the hideouts are located in Idaho, Washington, Utah and Wyoming.
