Present - Friday
"I remember," Eren said out the blue, leaning in Levi's touch as he stroked through his chocolate locks.
"You remember what?" Levi asked, staring down and into Eren's closed eyes.
"When we first met," Eren replied and opened his eyes, seeing Levi turn his head to look away. "What's wrong?"
Levi sighed, he was disappointed in his old self; if he were to give the old him advice, it'd be: don't ignore your feelings and fuck Eren already. "I was a dick to you at first," Levi frowned and saw Eren give him a confused look in the corner of his eye. "I ignored you, barely spoke to you despite you following me around and speaking endlessly. I was like that for the first two months, even did it when I realised how I felt about you and when we first started dating."
Eren blinked, soon smiling. "Man, I'm so happy about Jean, though."
Levi glared in a distance, he had memorised the horse boys face impeccably just in case he'd see him in the future. "Why? He tried to-"
"He's what kept us together," Eren began with a smile, "if he hadn't, I wouldn't of realised how much you cared."
Levi snickered. "Well I did lock you in are room."
"And wouldn't let me leave until ten minutes later when I successfully convinced you that I loved you and only you," Eren grinned, sitting up to hug Levi, shuffling so all of his body was sat in his lap. "If that hadn't of happened, we wouldn't of shared our feelings like we did, thus probably breaking up since are communication was shit as a couple."
Levi smiled at Eren's laugh from the memories. "More like mine, yours was over the top."
"I had to! I couldn't stand the silence and awkwardness."
"You made it more awkward by talking."
"Still!""So, Furlan, how are you today?" Hanji asked, a wide grin settled on her face as she saw Furlan play with the few blocks set out in front of him in the living room. "Anything new going on – at home specifically?"
Furlan blinked, turning his head at an angle to see over his shoulder and to Hanji. "I'm having a sister," Furlan replied, his gaze returning to the grey, boring cubes in front of his feat.
"A... sister?" Hanji asked, a crease in her eyebrows evident. "As in... a girl?"
"That's what I said."
"But guys can't..." Hanji mumbled to herself, soon shaking her head and looking up to see Furlan again to avoid getting lost in thoughts. "Are you excited?"
Furlan sighed. "I wanted a brother," he admitted, his legs stretching out from being cross-legged and laying out on the carpet floor. "Girls are weird. Why do we need them anyway?"
Hanji choked, a mixture of a gasp and a laugh wasn't a good idea. "I'm a girl!"
"So?"
"So, that's rude!" Hanji exclaimed, though a grin appearing suddenly. "You want a little science lesson on it, Furlan?"
"No," Furlan rejected instantly. "I don't want you or any of your shitty science lessons."
"Furlan!" a voice cried, soon the person rushing in, sliding to be at Furlan's side. "Where did you learn that language, young man?"
Furlan stared bored into the blue eyes of Armin.
"Oh my!" Hanji cackled, breaking the silence. "He really is Levi's child!"
Furlan and Armin snapped their heads at Hanji, glaring."He swore at you?" Eren repeated through the phone with his mouth agape and turned to face Levi with a disapproving look.
'That's my boy' Levi mouthed with a smirk as Eren frowned, rolling his eyes and failing at hiding a small smile.
"Well that goes for are 'perfect' Friday," Eren said, placing the phone down and standing up from the sofa.
"What do you mean?" Levi asked, his arm finding its way back to his side since it no longer had Eren leaning against it. "You're not going to collect him because he swore, right?"
Eren chuckled, leaving the lounge and into the hallway. "Exactly for that reason," he replied. "I mean he's four, not something you would expect from him."
Levi sighed. "Could've mistaken him as a two year old."
"That's even worse!"
Levi shook his head, chuckling.
"You're coming too!" Eren yelled from the hallway, the sound of keys clattering. "Armin said that Hanji wants to speak with you!"•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•
Hanji placed a cup on the dining room table, taking a seat, and looking directly at Levi. "So," she started, "Furlan told me that you two are having a girl."
Levi nodded his head, taking the cup by the rim and sipping some of the black tea.
"That's..." Hanji looked away, Levi giving her a suspicious glare, "sorry, that's... Eren can't give birth to a girl."
Levi sat the cup down back on the table, making direct eye contact at Hanji. "Why?"
"Levi," she sighed, "you're both males, it's impossible to create the opposite gender."
"Eren wants a girl."
"Eren wants a girl," Hanji pointed out. "But Eren can't have a girl."
"He's going to have a girl," Levi growled, his palm on the table to ready himself to take off. "It's what Eren wants, and I'm going to make sure that he gets it."
"Why?" Hanji questioned, her gaze on the cup in front of her. "Why do you want a girl, anyway?"
"Because," Levi began, already his temper fading away, "Eren wants to name her Isabel."
Hanji's hand wrapped around her mouth to prevent a sob as she squeezed her eyes shut. "I-Isabel?" she choked out, trying to control her voice. "It's enough that Eren looks like her."
"You're too emotional," Levi stated, though looking away. "You better get a hold of yourself before Eren gives birth to her."
Levi soon walked into Eren squeezing the life out of Furlan's cheeks, though Furlan not resisting but is standing there nonchalantly like it wasn't happening. "Who's a good boy? You are, you are," Eren cooed, moving his fingers pinching Furlan's cheeks up and down.
"He's not a dog, Eren," Levi sniggered, shaking his head with a smile.
Eren stopped what he was doing and pulled his hands away, turning to Levi with a oh so cute pout. "Levi!" Eren whinged. "He's just so cute, though!"
Levi rolled his eyes, yet a sudden thought come into mind. "Furlan's four, right?"
Furlan glared at him while Eren nodded – Levi getting the impression that Furlan does not like getting reminded of his age.
"Well, don't kids at that age start going to school?" Levi asked unsurely since he hadn't gone to elementary school until late.
Eren perked up, a grin now appearing on his face. "When he turns five, September, he's going to have one year of kindergarten before going to elementary!"
Levi smirked, walking over to the standing Furlan and the sitting Eren, ruffling both their hair. "So, Furlan's one of the oldest. Good for him."
Eren laughed. "Right, time to go back home, yeah?"
They both nodded, the two soon getting pulled into a tightening hug from the wide-smiling Eren.
