this is my fifty-second week in high school and i'm getting there.
becky called dozens of times today.
but I didn't feel like answering.
so I assume she was disappointed in me.
or grayling to the idea that i'm dying soon.
in both cases, i am a bad friend.
mom: why you don't answer your calls? becky is freaking out there!
me: maybe i don't feel like talking anymore
mom: what do you feel like then?
me: i-i-i'm tired of dying from endless death
mom: for us, it is like a second, mary
me: i'm sorry to leave you, mom
mom: it's okay
me: no it is not
mom: but it will be
me: i doubt that
